The hotel is in an excellent location, the tube station is less than 2mins walk away and connects you to anywhere in the city. The added bonus is that it is also the tube line to Heathrow. While the rooms are small - like most London hotel rooms - they are well equipped and I like the tube themed design.

The accommodation is conveniently located, close to the underground station and supermarket. One of the trips I participated in happened to drop off near the hotel, making it very convenient to return. The room is comfortable, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My room can easily accommodate a large suitcase. Traveling alone feels very secure.

It was quite expensive for a basement room (which in fairness was pretty spacious) - but that’s hardly unusual in London.

The bathroom facilities are old, and there is only a bathtub, so it is a little inconvenient to wash. Maybe because I live at the elevator entrance, the sound of the corridor is obvious, but there is no problem with the overall sound insulation.

The geographical location is very good and the staff is friendly.

Locatios is great, just a few minutes walk from the National History Museum and Underground station. The room had a nice terrace towards a green area. Staff was vrey friendly and helpful.

Lack of refrigerator meant we were limited in bringing back food. Supposed to be able to use app for door key, emails (back through Booking) did not work properly so we were limited to single room key.

Great value for our trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect as a base for exploring London. Tremendous location across the street from three Underground lines made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms are very small, no space to sit other than on bed. But that is as expected and we did not intend to use the rooms for other than sleeping anyway. Staff was very helpful with check-in, storing luggage, and anything else we needed. Thank you!

On arrival i was allocated a lower ground floor room - which in principle is no problem - but there was significant noise from pipework (presumably showers/toilets above) that was occasional depending on their use etc... The specific room i was in had a rather strong fusty smell - which may have been from the carpet and/or air con unit filter - but being able to open the window did help mitigate that... The only other disappointment was that for the price, there was no breakfast included - unless willing to pay extra...that seems a real shame given how easy/cost effective it would be to offer all guests

Location of the hotel is excellent for a night at the Royal Albert Hall, which is only a short walk away in a safe area - including walking home at night...whilst i was in a lower ground floor room it was pleasant to be able to open the window for fresh air!

Minor things only: the rooms are really on the small side, even I kept bumping into things and I'm not big. It would be nice if the window could be opened for fresh air.

Comfortable and nicely designed hotel in a very convenient location (tube station a minute away, bus stop right in front of the hotel). Though it's on a busy road, soundproofing works relatively well. Friendly welcome, cosy and well-equipped room, good wifi, adequate breakfast provided, reasonable rates. I really recommend going for a walk along the quiet side streets near the hotel (e.g. Cornwall Gardens, Kynance Mews), it's a very picturesque area.
