A bit tired needs a freshen up and disappointing that outdoor pool was only open for one day of our stay even though it’s heated and weather was wonderful and had to ask for sunshades to be put out

You could so with more staff. One person on the bar all afternoon on the Saturday meant quite long waits, the man (Dale I think i heard) was doing great, lovely and chatty but a second person wouldve allowed better and faster service. It was a shame on such a beautiful weekend that the outdoor pool was only open for such limited hours. I was a lovely little pool but to operate only 12-5 was a little poor. I also feel like the spa could do with a little money spent on it. From what we could find the only Sauna was in the male changing room, so not really suitable for a couple. There were no staff around at the time to ask about it and when we did find someone they said theyre understaffed (which seemed to be a theme)

I thought the room was lovely, we had a superb view across the bay to Paignton and with the sunshine it was incredible. The room had all we needed, was clean and spacious. The staff interactions were great, from the gentleman on reception when we checked in to the solo chap on the bar and the lifeguard at the outside pool.

Would appreciate more sockets/USB charging facilities in the room, especially near the bedside table.

We had a lovely, spacious room overlooking the bay and the garden. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The rooms are not good value for money, we complained about our room as it was near the ventilation system and was quite loud, also had a stained bedsheets but the staff were great and upgraded us free of charge.

Hotel had all the facilities you would expect, ie health suite/ spa, pool, restaurant, bar which we're all very nice and done to an exceptionally high standard. Plenty of room in the bar to relax, it was very quiet and peaceful when we went there. Restaurant has amazing views of the sea.

The room was excellent , large and clean. The breakfast was very good with an excellent choice of food. Some of the staff in particular the bar staff were unhelpful and quite rude which was disappointing. The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning views.

The continental side of the breakfast was really nice. But the cooked breakfast buffet wasn't to mine, and my wife liking.

The staff was very friendly. Especially Richard on the breakfast staff. He was very informative and very polite. He told us about the area I great detail and where to go for days out. When looking for medicine, He also told us about a pharmacy close by. Richard was a very nice and outgoing person who was just lovely to talk to. The bar staff was friendly as well.

The outside paint work needs a little work, I know you shouldnt judge a book by its cover but first thoughts were not very good, but once inside completely changed my mind.

Loved the decor inside and all the chandeliers, staff were amazing , breakfast was outstanding, hot buffet was hot and not cold like most places, lots of variety too.

The Hot Chocolate from the machine didn't have flavor, it was watery.

Room with a nice size, great view to the sea. Really nice breakfast, plenty to choose. staff was really nice always. beautiful hotel, really nice sizes for everything, breakfast with a view is another think.

Balcony had bottle caps left on floor and needed a sweep bath was dirty with dryed in shower gel needed a good clean all else was good

Bathroom extremely small in room 121. Spa facilities limited with saunas located in changing areas and steam room only able to hold 4 people which meant lots of waiting.
