Some of the decor in the corridors etc could do with a refurb but given the value for money it’s not a deal breaker.

Great value for money. Room comfortable and clean as was a decent shower / bathroom. Staff accommodating and pleasant. Bed comfortable and decent quilt and pillows. Great value for money.

Food served from menu was not as advertised on menu as the kitchen had run out of some items. and it was very poor. Very disappointed. Waiting staff did best to sort out. Strong musty and damp smell, especially in accommodation corridors. Room very cramped. One side of bed none of lamps worked. Had to move the lamp from the table.

Friendly atmosphere. Great customer service. Great breakfast and carvery. Bed very comfortable. Staff were great, especially Alice. Fairly quiet. Was next to stairs but didn't hear any noise. Felt at home.

The bed was so firm it was like sleeping on the floor. And the shower leaked all over the floor

Room was clean and the heating definitely worked, we had tomopen a window. Big bed and room was spacious. And you can't go wrong with a Toby breakfast.

Think a lift to all floors would be good Having physical keys I think is out of date and should move to key cards or key fobs Tv wouldn't always respond to the remote and not all channels had signal Bed was very hard Lock was broke on the inside

V. Squeaky floorboards to the room. Was concerned to disturb other residents when we needed to use the washroom during the night. The carvery meal was but was not hot enough. (Usually case with all carvery meals) .

Good size room with all facilities and comfortable beds. Obviously very easy together and evening meal without having to go elsewhere. Directly on our travel (Scotland) and S.London,(Croydon).

Strangely, if the room next to ours were showering, we had no hot water. We had to wait until they'd finished. Not sure if its a water pressure issue on the top floor.

Innkeepers is located close to the racecourse and a regular bus service runs into town. Our room was fine , although it was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Bathroom large and clean. The room staff were very friendly and helpful. bar area is roomy , its a food house but still had the feel of a 'local' when we arrived on Friday. Easy check in process. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The eggs were over fried but nearly everywhere we go that's the case !!. Big free car park on site. Overall a good place to stop and we'll use again. Shout out to Gary who served us a couple of times, did really well on a busy night.

Outside of the building needed cleaning and decorating. First impression when pulling into the carpark wasn't good.

Room was great: large, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good shower. Food was good, both carvery & breakfast. Staff were friendly.

The upstairs corridor to the rooms is showing severe signs of damp, luckily this doesn’t carry on into the rooms. Looks like a very expensive job to repair.
