We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandAlthough there is not much to complain about, I would say the bed is not the comfiest I slept on and outside can be a bit noisy.
The accommodation is located very close to the city centre, the room and private bathroom are very clean and modern, the staff is very friendly and well communicated. Highly recommended place to stay in Newcastle-under-Lyme!

United KingdomI enjoyed the central location of the property to most essential services and ease of locating the place. The staff was quite responsive and quick to get me settled in when I arrived. The property was also quite clean and well maintained. Having access to the kitchen and other facilities gave the place a really homely feel. I'd definitely be visiting again...and yes, it was good value for money.

Location great - five minutes walk into the centre of town for shops and buses. The quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Very clean. New bathroom. Access to full kitchen with free coffee etc. Kevin is a good host - full introduction to facilities. I liked the style of the old renovated house.
