to be honest nothing it was perfect. it was a couple of days to chill out and it was exactly that

Everything! It in a lovely quiet location, lots of space, everything clean and tidy, exceeded our expectations! Our daughter loved the hot tub and air hockey!

Only downside is when in the hot tub, the steps that lead into the restaraunt people would see right in.

Temperature of shower difficult to control. No window in one of the bedrooms.

No complaints - would have been nice if restaurant/bar was open but understand it was maybe too quiet. Lodge is advertised as having air con and a fan but that’s not the case and it’s very very warm so you may want to take fan with you. Can’t comment on staff as didn’t see/interact with any.

Beautiful lodge, spacious, clean and gorgeous views. WiFi great, hot tub fabulous. Games and books in lodge too which is a great touch. Shower rooms fresh and new looking.

I think for the money it’s looking a bit tired. There were a lot of cobwebs and the lovely wood burner had not been cleaned. The glass on it was dirty and ash on the surrounds. Also window surrounds could do with a wipe over. It’s just a lack in details that detracted from the property. Also a small welcome pack could be included.

The property was large and in a very pretty area.

The hot tub could do with a canopy/cover for a bit of privacy. We were in the Grand Suite & it is grand inside but the hottub & the patio are visible to all with reception on one side & bar/restaurant on the other. It rained very heavily on our 2nd night & we weren't able to sit in the tub unfortunately whereas with sdome covering we could have still used it. Overall, nice stay & we would go back.

Very Wow lodge when you walk in, was very big. The rooms and en suites were lovely and clean & the shower was amazing! Hot tub was great and stayed hot. We had a very nice stay.

This log cabin was beautiful and very clean. We stayed 1st-3rd Dec and the weather was so nice, cold but nice. The hot tub came in handy for cold evenings, enjoying watching the stars. The restaurant/bar next door was absolutely delicious. The chief and his wife are so lovely, very nice chatty couple who make every effort to speak to everyone who visits their restaurant. Definitely will be back in 2024.

The cabin could have done with a deep clean of the facings and spider webs. The bar next door shares a plumbing system with the cabin so there was some noise from the washers and people going to the toilet. The hot tub is at the front of the property, beside the bar entrance and overlooking the car park. It felt less private so we used this less than we wanted.

It was a gorgeous cabin! So much space. The views were stunning and the drive up added to that too. The bar next door served amazing food and the service was excellent.

We had an issue with adjoining neighbours who we could hear very clearly through the walls in the bedroom, this started from 6.30am until they left at 9am, which for all of us was very irritating on our first morning staying there. The kitchen could do with some more glasses, particularly as the place can hold 4 guests, there were only 2 wine glasses. Also a very dodgy large knife was in the drawer, with the blade being held on with tape.

Very spacious property in a lovely location, hot tub was an added bonus. Place was clean and the fire in the living space kept the place lovely and warm. The beds were comfy and was great that both rooms had en-suites.

The Grand suite is very clean and spacious. the log fire gives the cabin cosy feel. It has a traditional Nordic feel in living space with modern kitchen area, bedrooms and en suites. the large hot tub has lovely views whilst still feeling private.

loved everything!!! although did feel a bit exposed with hot tub at front.would benefit from a canopy over the hot tub for rainy weather, however we just moved the patio umbrella over so wasn’t a problem really. the initial drive up to property could do with some upgrades. the outside of property doesn’t reflect the inside.

We had an amazing stay. Very large and well equipped. had the character of a log cabin but had a modern twist which we loved. Beautiful views from hot tub and terrace. Remote location for total relaxation and quiet, however local attractions and Pitlochary within reasonable driving distance. we really liked being able to get direct entry to property on arrival with Pugh having to physically check-in. Loved that it was pet friendly too. already booked another stay and would recommend to others. Excellent value for money.

Not a single thing was wrong with our stay will definitely be booking again.

The cabin was stunning, we loved everything about it. The kitchen was a great size and we loved the open plan space. Perfect private patio with hot tub and stunning views. The wood burning fire kept us feeling cozy all day. The bar staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming.

We did find a couple of things that could have been improved - Some mess was left under the rug on our arrival and no dustpan and brush to clean it up. A lack of baking tray for the oven but plenty of pans.

Our suite was perfect for a quiet family getaway, the air hockey table and hot tub were very well liked by both adults and child. Bonus of having a smart tv which we enjoyed in the evenings. Would definitely return.
