I don’t think that there was anything I didn’t like about the property. The only thing that might have been a slight problem (if you were a large person) was the fact that the shower cubicle was a bit small, perhaps. That’s all I can think of, and that wasn’t a problem for me, personally.

I found this guesthouse to be beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Mine was a very comfortable, spacious room with a sea view from a large bay window. Coffee and biscuits were re-stocked daily. The attention to detail was impressive. The owners were really personable and friendly and the cooked breakfast was very tasty and always piping hot. The owners frequently asked if we were happy with everything. Beautiful, friendly dog made my stay extra special too.

I was a little chilly in the night. Wifi was a little weak on one side of the room - but still very usable.

The owners were great. Very clean. Had a lovely feel to it. Was impressed by how affordable the price was. Breakfast was just what I wanted. Glad to have a sink in the room. Comfy bed.

My own fault, but we were on the top floor and my husband has a progressive disability. I've decided that he can no longer climb stairs safely. I should have given it more thought. Dining room was a bit small

The owners were lovely and very accommodating. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really tasty and plentiful. The view of the sea was a huge bonus. Position for the beach and town centre were perfect.

We had the twin room with a sea view, it was comfortable, clean and cosy. Our hosts were so friendly and really looked after us, allowing us to park our motorcycles in a secure area. They also gave us information about what to do locally and where else to visit. The breakfast was so tasty and filling we didn’t eat again all day!

My stay at the Kingsleigh was exceptional. We had a delicious cooked breakfast each morning and the room was wonderfully comfortable with a lovely view of the sea. The location was perfect for getting to and from Latitude festival which was the purpose of our stay. Paul and Teresa were the perfect hosts - and ensured a smooth checking in and out process. I am looking forward to visiting again next year!

The stairs- we are 82and almost 80 so are not used to too many stairs.

Our hosts were lovely, could not do enough for us. We are not young and the breakfasts were very good and the room spotless and the tea/coffee biscuits were replenished every day. Usually stay in hotels - you would not get this level of service especially at present time.

Mattresses were too hard for us as we prefer a medium. Plumbing noise from other rooms disturbed our sleep.

Absolutely delicious breakfast (full English - vegetarian) and the decor was really pretty and homey. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to our needs and questions. The rooms very very spacious and clean (twin room with beautiful sea view). Each room was provided with a mini tea and coffee station which was topped up regularly as well as a smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and Prime (must log in with own subscription). The beds were super comfy, had the best sleep ever!!! I would definitely come back and stay here again :)) Thank you Paul & Theresa
