There was a little noice from the nightclubs outside but… we expected that from the area we booked to stay in. And it did stop the child sleeping. 😴 t

The room was a great size, the shower was brilliant. Loved how the tv was so easily connectable to your phone. The location was brilliant for the concert we were seeing in the arena. Will absolutely stay again.

The breakfast service could have been better planned. Many self service areas which meant many guests walking around not knowing where things were leading to many people walking in all directions.

The car park was difficult to find using the hotel directions and we had to find the property on foot before then re parking the car. We had also not been told that we would be unable to leave when we wanted to on check out due to the half marathon road closures. This delayed our departure and planned visits had to be rearranged; we would have stayed or rearranged our plans.

This is a perfect location for exploring the centre of Birmingham with its canal waterways; the car stayed in the car park! We were immediately upgraded on arrival which was also very much appreciated. The bar area was a place we enjoyed a nightcap as well.

The sink in my bathroom didn't drain well when I arrived and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. However, by the following morning, all was well - perhaps they had fixed the drains?

Perfect location for the ICC, just a few minutes walk away. We booked a meal out at the Qavali restaurant and found that it was across the street. The bed was very comfortable - I had a perfect night's sleep. Lovely relaxing shower, with great body and hair products by The White Company. The desk was comfortable. Impressed by the quality of Nespresso capsules - a cut above the average and lovely to see their own Leonardo Doppio blend.

Bar staff... no interaction, abrupt, functional but efficient in their work, just not personable

Friendly reception staff. Bar staff were much less welcoming, not wanting to interact. Doorman on Saturday night 4th May was a really lovely person... friendly, welcoming and great sense of humour doing what could be a difficult job....

The vents needed cleaning, there was an empty bottle of vodka in a carrier bag in the wardrobe so that needed properly cleaning/checking. The parking is convenient but pricey. The White Company bathroom bits were watered down.

The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spotless. I ate in the restaurant and the meal was delicious. All of the staff were excellent and courteous.

The location is perrrrfect! The hotel is in the middle of Broad Street but still quiet at night. Lots of bars and restaurants around. The hotel itself is clean, stylish, the bed was huge and the bathroom was stunning with all toiletries you could need. Will definitely be back!

Receptionist happy to move our room to a lower one as 12th floor is too high for me. She did mention that the lower room may be noisier but in all honesty I didn't notice anything.

If I’m being picky I would say it was a little noisy at night. It didn’t keep me awake but wife didn’t sleep too well. We could hear the lift from our room, probably just unlucky to have the room adjacent to the lift shaft. We had an adjoining door in our room (which was locked) but we could hear the guests next door and their TV. We could also hear the beat of the music from the nearby bars.

Room was nice enough, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. Breakfast good, plenty of choice and good quality.
