I can't think of a single complaint.

I love this house. Spacious, clean, modern. Great location to walk into town and all tourist locations. The cemetery is beautiful, and great for a morning walk with a cup of coffee. Bathroom has hot water immediately. Great for a family or large group of friends.

We couldn’t find any tea towels or a sweeping broom to assist with cleaning. Didn’t impact too much though as we managed as best we could. As noted you are literally in the cemetery (just at the entrance) so this may bother some people. Though once you are in we didn’t tend to notice or mind at all!

I would 100% stay here again. We came for a hen weekend which wasn’t an issue. The lodge is so gorgeously decorated and had everything you could need. The hot tube was lovely too, though a gazebo for this would make it perfect so you could use in all weather. 😊 Beds were all very comfy with towels left for each of us. Can easily sleep 10 adults, though we were only 7. There were coat hangers in each wardrobe and the house comes with two parking spaces. 25mins walk to the thermal spa. A Tesco express is 2 min walk away also. 5 min taxi to the centre. The host was very responsive to any messages/queries. Easy access with the key safe. The gates noted they would be locked but never were over night, so you can get back in late.

Nothing, would have liked some cleaning equipment like a mop for the floor by the back door and a sweeping brush for the kitchen just to clean a little more while we were there and before we left but a wonderful stay

Lounge is quiet small, not enough seating, had to bring chairs from the kitchen Bath Centre is a good walk away over 40 mins, but the buses were easy to catch and practically outside

There was one TV in the entire place and none in the bedrooms. It was a 20-minute walk to the center of town and I thought would be closer. The walk was not pretty. There is no central AC so you have to sleep with windows open and given that when we arrived there were two police officers investigating "a safe found from a break-in" outisde the place, it did not feel very safe.

The place is really big, beautiful, and well-stocked. The bathroom tiles were warm. It's a beautiful historic location. They left some chocolates and wine and this was very appreciated after a long drive.

The property was super clean and in a great location, with a short walk into the centre of Bath. It was so quirky being in a cemetery. We loved it. It included everything a family needs and the beds were so comfortable. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

It is located on the edge of the cemetery which is a talking point but once you’re inside it’s a fabulous property!

Spacious and modern, excellent location to get into Bath! The property is well equipped and was clean for our arrival. Only 2 bathrooms but wasn’t a problem for 9 people. We stayed for a hen party and it was perfect. No neighbours either if we had a little music on too!

There are 2x allocated car parking spaces for the property, however people outside of our party kept parking in these so we had to park elsewhere, this was not too much of an issue as there is ample parking around the house just slightly inconvenient.

The property was much bigger than it appeared in pictures and slept 10 of us easily with lots of room in the kitchen/living area. The house was lovely and clean on arrival and had all the utensils we required. It is only a 5 minute taxi or 20 minute walk into the centre of Bath. The property is located at the edge of a cemetery, however once inside you were unaware of this.

There were 6 adults that stayed - it would have been nice if there was enough seats in the lounge to accommodate all of us, considering the house is advertised as sleeping 8, there is not enough seating. Towels were provided, but no bath sheets, only smaller towels. Road noise, as property is on the main road.
