It is an excellent place to socialize, additionally it is close to everything, the subway is an 8-minute walk away and the most incredible of all they offer a free vegetarian dinner at night, that saved my days since I didn't have much time to eat, I went out for a night out with the travelers from the hostel and it was incredible. Highly recommended!!

You really feel like you belong there. Daily activities, dinner together, games and a lot of fun! Plus daily cleaning makes it even more comfortable.

One of the rooms had a noisy door which I felt bad about for waking up my roommates. Was no problem anymore after changing rooms.

The rooms are only mixed and I struggled to find a space to comfortably change away from all the men in my room (I was the only woman with 4-5 men). The toilets are tiny and there are no toilet covers or hangers, no hangers or shelves in the shower rooms and no way to change in the room, as the guys were always there. Maybe there are more suitable spaces for that, but I haven't found them (only 1 night stay). But also shouldn't be that difficult to install a shelf of a hook in the bathroom.

The location of this hostel is fabulous. Right by Westminster, so well connected. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds are super comfortable.

I had a great stay at Onefam Waterloo Hostel! When I first walked in, my name was on a welcome board and Jo at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They offered to put my bags in storage before check-in so I could go into the city without lugging them around. The rooms were nice and had a storage locker in them. Everyone that stayed and worked at the hostel were so friendly and respectful to each other. The hostel also offered free dinner, guided day activities, and a group to go out at night with! It was very clean, very fun, and had a certain sense of community about it. I would recommend Onefam Waterloo to anyone visiting London!

Beds are not so comfortable but it’s okay. If the shower has hot water it doesn’t have pressure, and if it has pressure it doesn’t have hot water. It takes long to taking a shower

This was a great experience as a first time solo traveller. Staff is great people is great I love it and want to come again soon. It’s feel good to be a part of the Fam.

The staff make stays like this, Dan and Maeg really made me feel welcome and offered to share dinner with the rest of the guests. Wanted to help and also allowed me to store my bike without it seeming like a hinderance for them. Would stay again if looking for a hostel in London!

Sometimes the staff did seem to force a bit of a happy mood, but I can understand due to the late shifts some had to do and what they sometimes had to put up with. (I apologize for my checkout antics lol)

All of the staff did an absolutely brilliant job at maintaining an upbeat and friendly culture. Planned activities were always fun to go to. The beds were very nice.

Such a great atmosphere, the sweetest most helpful staff and never a dull mood. Great activities, felt very welcome! Facilities were clean and very nice, we had everything and more you could need. Nights were quiet and beds comfy, delicious dinners! Special thanks to Moncho and Dan for such a warm welcome and infectious smiles during the while stay!

It was all perfect! The staff was awesome, full of happyness and I think that's what a hostel needs! The City tour programs and the night programs too was impressive! The rooms and everything was clean. Can't wait to go back there!
