What’s not to love? I wouldn’t change anything. Aberley House was beautifully appointed with exquisite touches. Every conceivable need was pre-empted and well and truly covered.

Aberley House is a unique find. The location is excellent -- right on the water and our room had a fantastic view, right off the front of the house. The furnishings all seem antique and very high class. The house itself was built in the 1800's and you can imagine how they lived back then, so much charm!!! Our bathroom was upstairs from our room, but it was private and very large and I was very comfortable walking up and down the stairs -- thought I was going to be bothered that it was not en-suite, but the room and bathroom and furnishings were so charming, I didn't care. Excellent stay!!

Not being able to stay longer!

The house is amazing, so much character, and what a view! Very comfortable bed, and lovely selection of toiletries. Excellent selection of drinks and snacks. Jonathan was a great host. Made us very welcome. Breakfast was really good.

Nothing. All our needs were met.

Gorgeous house with a fabulous host. Room was great with a really comfy bed. It really didn’t bother us that our private bathroom wasn’t en-suite and a trip to the bathroom was a great excuse to admire the artwork and features of the property. We needed an early breakfast which Jonathan was more than happy provide, and wow, what a delicious breakfast it was. Aberley House will certainly be my first choice if I need to stay in the area again in the future.

Everything was lovely. It was like being invited to someone's home rather than a bed and breakfast.

The house is exceptional, tastefully and artfully decorated. The host is very welcoming and very hospitable. We spent the evening listening to records and playing snooker in the basement. The room is very comfortable. Unusually, the bathroom was not en suite. However, this did not cause any issues as each room has their own bathroom. The breakfast was superb.

Everything! The property itself was beautiful alone but on top of that the way the house was decorations were breathtaking! The room was so lovely and comfy that I slept better there than I had done in weeks, as well as a beautiful view of the sea. The host was just lovely and the breakfast exceeded expectations! I am going back at the soonest opportunity, just a stunning stay overall, like I was staying in a beautiful palace 😅

This house is beautiful, we loved the decor and the huge selection of books ! The view of snowdonia is brilliant…we stayed in the harlequin apartment the bed was very comfortable everything was clean…the house has a large beautiful bathroom …..

The owner was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. A fantastic bedroom with great views and a very comfortable bed . I slept well . It was only a one night stop but I would have loved to stay longer . I will use Aberley House when I am next in Liverpool

Bedroom and bathroom was a little cold but the weather was extreme and an extra heater was supplied.

Beautiful Victorian house. Comfortable bed, nice touches, like the free fruit, crisps etc.

The stairs are steep and numerous and there is no lift. Rooms are not en suite, although the bathroom was a superb example of Victorian living.

This is a very interesting property that is well located on. Fosbury Beach. it is also in easy reach of a good choice of restaurants. It was the ideal location to admire Anthony Gormley’s figures in the sea. The welcome was warm and the breakfast excellent.

Only issue was having to go upstairs to use the loo in the middle of the night!

Jonathan was a great host, the house is fantastic, well appointed and as billed. Will stay again. Highly recommended
