Drove from South Wales to watch Mr. Bungle at the 02 Ritz with my son, the location is literally 3 minutes away from the venue. The room was great, beds were the comfiest I think I've ever slept on and the staff were awesome - always ready to help. If any other band I want to see play the Ritz, this will be my hotel of choice everytime.

Only applicable to certain rooms I think but I didn’t have a window I could open so it was a little stuffy. But I can see other rooms did when outside the building. Just something to factor if air circulation is a thing when sleeping for some.

Great location and easy to get to. Check in had both self service and staff available. Room was great size, bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Restaurant had a good selection of food for meals as well.

Easy check in service with great, friendly staff. Bed was super comfy! Most comfortable hotel bed I've stopped in. Excellebt value for money in the city centre. Large, spacious room.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom fan seemed to be on whenever the lights were on in the main room, even when the bathroom light wasn't on.

Check out in the morning, there seemed to be two members of staff with only one dealing with a customer who appeared to be having more questions about their stay. There were two more people waiting to speak to reception and therefore I did not have time to wait to speak to them myself and had to leave. As this was peak check out time (7.30am) there should have been more than one person working the desk.

Very clean and modern, air con was set at just the right temperature. Lifts worked very well and never had to wait long at all. Check in was prompt efficient.

When moving the bed it was clear that when cleaning to vacuum under the bed was missed as There were nut shellsunder there

I paid for the flower/congratulations package, and I would not recommend anyone to do this your better off using the £30 buying balloons, petals, banners and flowers yourself. I got the worlds smallest banner on the wall and 7 small red balloons

Lighting was poor in room. Bathroom mirror light was broken, this was reported to reception staff who assured me this would be fixed. However the issue wasn’t rectified.

Central location, clean hotel, room cleaned and fresh towels supplied daily. Lovely bar/restaurant. Good choice for breakfast

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless! Felt extra safe due to the key system when using the lift, meaning only guests have access to the guest areas. Stayed here for a concert at Old Trafford cricket ground. 10minute walk to the tram station and then a very short journey arriving straight outside the stadium. The bar was open until 2, which meant a great opportunity for a night cap when getting back.
