Everything about this place was lovely bar the aforementioned unfortunate encounter. We had an unpleasant run in with a glorified security guard that made it his mission to gate my family during my graduation ceremony due to an error made through no fault of our or the hosts.

It was close to the town centre. The hosts are extremely likeable and personable and took the extra effort to meet with us after an unfortunate encounter. Cleanliness was up there and it is wonderful value for money

I have been charged for some oily stains that were apparently left in the kitchen of my apartment - this was not my apartment I left it spotless - shocking way to treat customers

The pre-charge deposit, whilst I understand why, it was not very clear and I had difficulties clarifying with the team. The money was quick to be requested, but I thought it was slow to be returned.

Very easy to get the keys, and the information was very clear and provided in good time. The keys for the parking were in the lockbox, so it was very clear on how to park.

A grab rail and better extract in the bathroom would improve the safety and comfort. There is some morning road noise at the front so we slept with these windows closed

The furnishings were good quality and made good use of the space available.The team at Kennet were responsive to queries and the Maintenance team was quick to call by and resolve the minor issues as we familiarized ourselves with the equipment.

The accommodation is located near the town centre and can be reached easily. The rooms are decorated very nicely and the beds were comfortable The communication with staff was easy and the staff was friendly. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

The only thing is that the road is very busy and noisy but that's Reading for you.

Absolutely spotless. Well-appointed and comfortable! Super friendly staff. Even a doorman waiting to help us when we got there. I'm an idiot and asked a stupid question about the water heating up, and a member of staff was round to the apartment in half an hour. I'm very impressed with the staff and the service! I'd thoroughly recommend staying here.

Management needs to regularly check and repair things. Like cooker only one burner was in working condition, remaining 3 are not working. The dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes properly. Few window blinds are stuck and not working. Iron is burned out and needs to be replaced. The cloth of the ironing board is to be replaced. You also have to remind the ptopery management multiple times to refund the deposit. There is no free parking and you have to pay £10 per day. You have to vacate the accommodation before 10AM. Otherwise, pay a fine of £10 per hour.

Good sized two bed apartment. There is plenty of space to roam around. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, crockery, iron, ironing board, everything was available. 5 minutes walk to Reading West train stations. Many desi restaurants close by. Oracle Mall is just a 10-minute walk.

It's located at the heart of Reading Town. All shops and restaurants are nearby. From Reading Station just 5-10 minutes walking. Even the host is so helpful when needed.

When sleeping at night , could hear all the cars and vehicles driving past, also noticed some stuff on the floor. Not good smell when entered.

A bit noisy as it’s on the main road but it’s handy and the location is amazing so it’s about tradeoff

The property was clean and was equipped with useful things like ironing board, mop, foldable bed with mattress and some snacking goodies as a good gesture. We loved the property and would stay here again if needed :) there’s a secured gated parking space but it’s £10 charge
