My partner is allergic to dogs and was struggling the whole week with coughing and sneezing. Must of been dogs staying in our van before us. Also The green room seemed to be closed all week but maybe that was because of the dates we chose.

I loved the location of our van this time round as it was close to the football court and bar.

A washing machine either in the property or on site, especially if they’re for a week. The alarm went off a few times re heating / hot water. Had to call groundsman out. Apart from that it’s lovely stay.

Very clean and lots of living room space. Great parking.

The small beds were very uncomfortable and I could not sleep well in them. It would be better if they could be pushed together to make a small twin but due the the centre unit not being moveable it was not possible to do so. This would make it better for couples as they have to sleep separately if there is more than one couple staying which in our case there was it would have been nice for them. More checks need to be made as to the condition of the furniture, we moved the centre unit in the lounge to give us more floor space and one set of legs fell off, when we tried to put it back we found that a piece was already missing. Also the legs on the arm chairs were very wobbly so I had to tighten them up. The fridge door would not close if there were a number of heavy bottles place in the door compartment. I found that the plastic cooking utensils melted when cooking the sausages and eggs etc for breakfast. There were also a number of chipped mugs so we did not use them and ended up purchasing our own. The outside of the chalet was nice but not very clean with all the cobwebs which made it look very untidy and not very appealing to the eye especially when using in the hot tub. Also in the lounge a number of the ceiling lights had blown and one kept flickering which was very annoying. I also found it strange that there was a washing machine but no iron or ironing board. I also found it very annoying and frustrating that there were no signs telling you how to get out of the site when driving the car from the chalet, we got lost on numerous occasions and wasted time unnecessary trying to get out, in fact I think there was only one small red sign that pointed to the way out. I would have told a member of staff but due to us being out by 8am each morning and not returning until after 11pm each night there was no one to talk to and on the day I chat to a staff member there was no point as we checked out in the morning.

We did not use the restaurant facilities etc so I cannot comment on the food etc. The location was very pleasant and I enjoyed the hot tub and the staff that I did speak to on arrival and the evening before our departure were all very helpful and friendly.

The food and drinks are heavily overpriced. First night we arrived there were NO burgers, NO chicken strips and some other items I can't remember. Its a shame because we were all hungry and my son would only eat chips which were still overpriced for what they are. Also the bar staff told me that we couldn't get food in the main hall because they were understaffed so we had to wait AGES for our food and then eat it by the bar before going into the main hall. By that point we had missed the entertainment so we were all very disappointed with our first night we did not enjoy that. But after that I will be honest and say that we did enjoy ourselves. We did not eat at Mill Rythe after the first night because there was not value for money. If it was more reasonably priced we would have eaten and drank more in the facilities. Also one of the bar guys kept picking his nose and putting his finger up his nose then pouring our glasses of beer so I had to ask another member of bar staff for 2 glasses when he had gone then decanted the drinks into those glasses. Other residents had noticed things going on too and we did have discussions about it. Really off putting seeing things like this.

Accommodation was great and general grounds were great. Very modern and clean.

Too close to play area very noisy and lots of groups of children walking pass caravan so no privacy. First two nights kept up by groups of children in caravan next-door.

Caravan was perfect for us and ny dog was secure. Plenty of room to move around and clean. Traveling with someone with a disability.

I’m sure I’m not the only one to comment….the drive from the entrance to Mill Rythe is pretty awful, it really needs the potholes filling in.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff on reception, they were friendly and efficient. They gave us a very warm welcome and a lovely send off. During our stay, we had no reason to meet any other staff as we didn’t use any of the facilities. We loved our caravan and its location ( Fulmer 17), it was immaculate, very well appointed, spotlessly clean and lovely and warm.

There wasn't anything , except the restaurant , it was very over priced for what it was ie my husband had fish and chips, and the fish was pre frozen out of a box, which would cost 3.95 for a pack of two. I knew this as I have a yeast allergy and my husband said it wasn't freshly cooked. I asked the waiter, and he said it wasn't.

We enjoyed the facilities, and entertainment. We did enjoy the family games during the day great fun for family.

Entrance road from main road was in an Appalling state, potholes on 1st stretch, quite off-putting when 1st arriving as looked tatty and run-down.......

Self catering caravan, beautifully laid out design with extensive deck area. Far Too cold in January to appreciate that, although views were lovely, interior was Very cosy ad warm.
