Next to a pelican crossing which beeped at all hours of the night. Communication was poor

There was a funny smell in the building, a combination of damp front doormat, people smoking, but the flat owners can't control that. The bed was a bit short (I'm REALLY tall) and had a footboard that I banged my foot off when trying to sleep, but hey, better than nowhere to sleep at all! :)

The flat is very spacious, the living room, dining room and kitchen are all exceptional. The bedroom too is large and has plenty of storage and clothes hanging space. Everything in the bathroom was fine too. There are heaters in each room, so I could have them on if I wanted, but the propery even in October was warm enough.

Area is slightly run down but we felt safe. Slightly noisy on the road but not a big issue

Spacious apartment. Great kitchen - we were able to make a nice dinner & breakfast. Sofas comfortable & a lovely big tv for movies. Host was very helpful as we booked fairly late. Instructions were slightly complicated but works very well.

It was lovely and clean , a really lovely space , easy to access , plenty of parking nearby , we would definitely come back here if we needed to stay in long eaton again , very central as well ,, enjoyed staying there ..

The recommended roads to park in were not brilliant the one is in between what looks like an industrial estate and the other was on a private road which was in a very bad state, it was basically made of pot holes and not in the nicest of areas. When we came out in the morning a house was getting raided by the police on the road where we parked so we could not get our van out for an hour which lost us some time in our day

The apartment itself and the building it's in was very nice, clean and secure. It is very warm and all the facilities are very well maintained. The bed was comfy and everything worked perfectly

no immediate parking, badly chipped cups in the cupboard, no milk provided, had to pull the fridge out to find and trace where it could be switched on, extremely flat pillows, had to search for bedding for sofa bed, mirrors not attached to wall - dangerous for visually impaired people, mop and bucket in bathroom, no toilet lid, couldn’t find Wi-Fi code, several pieces of furniture had ring marks on them.

Windows not very sound proof but expected on a main road. However, in the morning there were roadworks at 7.30 on a Sunday and it was exceptionally loud 😞 Everything else was perfect! 🥰

Only 3 towels ( 2 small , 1 bigger) for 3 adults, some of the bedroom furniture ( bedside cabinet, chest of drawers) needed painting as stained by the previous guests with their drinks ( I guess)

Very cosy; bathroom, carpets, kitchen very clean . Car park 4 minutes walk from the property, ev charging ( 50 kW) in the carpark so we could recharge our car battery over night ( there were other ev charging point in walking distance). Excellent restaurant ( and pizzeria with a delicious pizza neapolitana ) just across the road..

Furniture arrangement in living room. Only because I am a tiny bit OCD.

The location. Tesco,Aldi, McDonald's, KFC, lovely little Cafe and High street just a few steps away. I was also comfortable in the flat. I Didn't find it hard to sleep especially been next to the main road. Noise wasn't a problem.

Over described. Parking locally is not secure. Apartment block is shabby to say the least. Smells of damp in the communal areas. Apartment not pre heated on arrival so warm up period ( for bed etc) would be significant, not 30 mins as advised.

If the tv was working, unable to get it to work for hours eventually gave up, host was not helpful as was not around to assist, was told we would get batteries for the remote but did not arrive and shops were all closed, late checkout of an hour was charged for

Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were flat with no filling. Kitchen tap was broken. Road noise wasn’t an issue but very loud traffic light crossing out the window that wasn’t really a problem till about 8am. Parking is awful however, no recommendation of where to park the “Free parking nearby” is street parking if you can find some. All of which is nowhere near the property. when I tried to complain, I’ve just been given endless excuses on how it’s apparently no one’s fault. Got fobbed off at every complaint. was made to feel sorry for owners by telling me that they don’t make any money on the property etc.

Clean and spacious apartment in a central location. Good and pleasant communications with the owner. In all, great value and will definitely return when next in the area.
