Pillows Lack of storage It was a small room

Just me and the wife and all round it was a great location for getting around London and eating and dining in and around Liverpool Street Station. The hotel was great - we were located on the 11th floor and had a window view of the Gherkin (great marketing ploy for selling a room but are you really going to stop in and stare out of the room window) and most importantly it was very quiet spot happy days there!!! Only negatives for us was lack of shelves to place clothes, pillows are useless and the room was smaller than expected. I'd recommend for a weekend stay but you are living from your suitcase or holdall.

The room is too cramped for two Southeast Asian women to comfortably fit in. There is no enough space for placing 2 luggage

The staff is very friendly and always fulfills my requests promptly. The quality of the hotel breakfast is excellent. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring London, as it's not too noisy and allows for easy travel around the city.

Couldn’t really fault anything

We came for my wife’s birthday. We Loved the modern and stylish decor, the chairs in the lounge were amazing. We booked a classic room with city view and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Looked absolute awesome at night. The staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn’t help enough. We also decided to have breakfast the next morning and wow what an absolute feast. The bed was soooo comfortable and loved watching the virtual aquarium on the tv. Huge rainhead shower which worked perfectly. This place is an absolute gem and will definitely be making lots of return visits when next staying over in London.

Rooms are compact. Tv automatically comes on with annoying music you have to turn off every time you come in the room

price. a bit short on hangers: 3 for two people is a bit mean. I drove to hotel on Sunday, only to find marathon is on and access to Minories car park is blocked. Reception did not have a clue about that: I think they should've warned us.

the only facility we missed is closet space to put your clothes in. now you can't really put it away and you literally live out of your suitcase.

it is very centrally located and close to attractions and the underground. the staf is friendly en served us well. the rooms were clean and were made up daily and provided with clean towels. also very suitable for groups

Room small, but clean and cleverly furnished. A bit warm, though - you need to let the A/C run most of the time. Location is very good for sightseeing - walking distance to Tower / Tower Bridge and less than 500 m to the next Underground. Self-serve breakfast in the lobby with a nice choice of food (except for scrambled eggs/fried eggs, as far as I recall). Helpful staff at all times.

Maybe a bit pricy for a small compact function room but since it was only need for the bed it was ok and you would expect the price for London
