Friday night was very loud, it stopped at 10pm so not too late.

Chilled out vibe, very comfortable and nice and warm. Little bit of a different stay with children, I would be more relaxed just coming back as a couple or with friends. Family room was great though, cocktail on arrive was a nice touch and my daughter had an apple juice.

I appreciate that they wanted to keep the rooms warm but it got too hot at night and having the window open didn't do much. Glad we didn't bring our dog as she would have overheated

Great location, fantastic staff, welcome cocktail was delicious. Games on floor M were a lot of fun. Very comfy beds.

The lovely lounge in the mezzanine is perfect for working in total relax. Breakfast is nice and the room really comfortable. I love the whole Moxy experience .

Not enough car park space Rooms were too hot, air con didnt allow us to turn heating down. Breakfast was a waste of time,poorly planned out for seating,also choice of cooked food was pretty poor and not cooked well. The way it was set out was also poor.

Once we had been admitted through the car park barrier we Waited around not knowing where to check in and eventually someone came to where we were stood at the bar, Chaos at breakfast time, everyone seemed to wander round looking for things, no proper flow to obtaining food, cutlery and food stuffs were constantly running out leaving people waiting with food on their plates

Low staff levels, Chrome cast didn't work initially on the TV, a bit noisy in the morning. Lack of temperature control of the room, you can't control the AC, it's set way high and all you can do is turn it off and open the tiny window.

Very trendy hotel. Particularly liked the sensor lighting in the bedroom when you get out of bed in the night! All very clean and modern. Had a great nights sleep it was very quiet despite the hotel being full! Only a short walk into Chester centre.

Breakfast was chaos after 0900 so would recommend going earlier! Rooms were very hot (stayed in Winter) so follow instructions and open window, shame you can't just turn down temperature. You will be lucky to find a parking spot, quite a small car park for the hotel.

Really clean and new. Easy to find and only a very short walk to pretty much everything we wanted to see. Lovely breakfast. Staff friendly.

The breakfast needs a good look at it was OK but everything seemed deep fried the meats any way and the fruit and yogurt with granola was soggy.also lift was out of order the full weekend and with having disability there was plenty of waiting around.also game facilities was all out of order so couldn't play pool so there was quite a few issues

Rooms clean.manager was so helpful with any issues.
