Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI was left outside for nearly an hour, no-one at the property or answering the phone. Eventually I had a call then a text giving me code to access the building and my room. It does not look like the photos online, dated and in disrepair. No soap on the sink, dirty shower and the bathroom bin was already full. No towels in the room so I couldn’t have a shower if I wanted to. No kettle or tea coffee facility (which was pictured in photos online) no wardrobe or hook for clothes or coats (again they advertise these int heir photos online) so not only did I have to go to work the next day without showering, I had wrinkled clothes - because there wasn’t an iron to accompany the ironing board they provided 🤷🏼♀️ The bed was at least comfy enough to sleep- but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend staying here

United KingdomThe room was quite run down and dusty around the edges. The light in the en suite was unreliable and would flicker like a strobe light or just turn off. The only bin provided was a small one in the bathroom. There was no spoon so I had to improvise when making tea. One of the mugs was badly cracked and so leaked. The worst part was the thinness of the walls. I could hear the room next door quite clearly until 2:30am when I had to knock on it a few times. There was no staff to report any issues to.
The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and reliable. The location felt safe. The fridge was an unexpected bonus and the provided mugs were large. The 24 hour access was good, as was the 10% discount offered on food in the attached pub. Also the provision of towels and shower was was good.

Basic clean place to stay for cheap within London. Good room with the basics and the shared bathroom was clean and had extra shower gels. Very helpful staff who did go that but extra to help us with our issue during our stay.

ItalyIt was completely different from the pictures, location it’s not good because they make you believe that it is in Camden town but you have to walk at least 30 minutes, the room is dirty, as soon as you enter the entrance and then enter the room you could smell a disgusting smell of feet. the staff is available when you call him after you try 6 times to call him, broken curtains, very small bathroom, and I've never seen a hotel without a hair dryer. We had non-existent problems with the key and we went out leaving our things inside the room unaware of what could have happened, we only had them on the last night and that's why I would absolutely not go back, it's true the price is cheap but simply because you pay what they give you, that is a bed and that's it. And perhaps even too much £150 for a “hotel” like this.

The location is a walking distance to the Camden Market and there are 3 different bus stops in the crossroads where the hotel is located, which makes it easy enough to get to the center.

I was just loitering up and down the area not knowing that I've reach the place. Secondly, the hot water in the bathroom doesn't work. I didn't have a bath cos of that.Imagine spending 2days in London without a bath. The room is so tiny I give them 1 star

Looks nothing like photos on website, luckily only had to share a room with a friend but would have been mortified if I had taken kids there. I contacted the property via the app messaging and request buttons to ask if it would be possible to cancel, or move/change the dates, or change the booking name (in case I could pass my reservation on to someone else) having had an exceptional circumstance of my Daughter being unwell and requiring Hospital input. No response to repeated messages over the course of several days. Reasonable requests that warranted a response of some kind. Called the number and was told it was unlikely but they would look into it and reply to messages. Still no reply days later, making a stressful situation worse. Having had no response, I arranged to come for one out of my two nights booked and paid for. I called them to say I was coming and they said OK and told me to come at any time. On arrival no one was there and the door was locked. I called the number in the app and was told our room wasn't ready as I had told them I was not coming so they had taken my booking off and then Re added it. All this with no communication, response, or consideration if my request even to just refund one of the two nights or move the dates. After pressing further as I had paid for two nights so should be allowed in (at 1pm on the second day of my paid for booking) they agreed to let me into another room. We came last year and the place was manned. Now no one is there, just a keypad entry. No sign on the door (the owner insisted there was, but eventually conceded it must have fallen off). The rooms are small but the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The sink In the bathroom leaked onto the floor when you ran the tap, but could deal with that. I return to the property after our event in the evening, we were stopped by someone waiting on the shadows by the door of this unmanned place and asked for a cigarette.
