It wasn't very clean , the smoke alarm was bleeps all night like it needs a new battery and it was like that from arriving, the towels were stressed and there was no hand towel and the bedding needs changing after every stay the room was small but had everything in it I had to ask for the remote for TV and I didn't get password for Internet until around 830 in the evening there were other people in and they tried a few times to get in my room so I would suggest maybe a note in every room to say don't go to other rooms and try doors as being on my own it's not very nice my room was away from everyone else and u had to go through a door to get to my door so no reason for any one to walk through there .

Telly was smaller than my laptop and hadn't realised the cooking facilities were shared. Felt like student vibe. Ground floor room had a singer outside till 2am....

I had some initial difficulties getting in as the hallway light had been switched off which made it difficult to access the keybox. The host was extremely helpful when I rang him though and I then was able to get in after he'd talked me through the process.

The ensuite room (not an apartment) was compact but clean and pleasant and had everything I needed. The shared kitchen facilities were very good. I understand that some of the other accommodation in this property may be higher priced apartments but I was content with the price I paid for my room which I booked at very short notice after my original booking fell through unexpectedly. I was grateful to get something suitable at such short notice!

I found the stairs a bit difficult to handle The cleaner did not leave me towels or toilet paper. The management tried to get them to me quickly. I did not like that there was no kettle in the room so I had to go downstairs any time I wanted a drink.

I liked the double room. I liked that it was warm and there were skylight windows if it got too hot. I liked having a desk. I liked the bed. It was really comfortable.

Maybe I didn't study the photos and the text on booking.com carefully enough but I didn't realise it was a shared kitchen. I didn't like leaving my room at the top of the house open (no key to lock it from the outside) whilst going downstairs to use the kitchen facilities. The crockery and utensils available were basic. I was up 2 flights of stairs. I was fortunate to find a parking space on a very full street when I arrived at 8pm.

Not too far from the motorway, clean room but a little tired now (certainly not as bright as in the photos). A fair price for what was provided.

sound insulation between the rooms could be better. one noisy occupant shouting on the phone for an hour could be heard everywhere. but the room was super value for money .

No major issues to be honest. No dirty but room for improvement, WiFi password in the rooms would be a good idea but not really an issue. Would be good to have tea coffee making facilities in your room but again there is downstairs in the shared living room

Not having a key to my room. I could lock the door from the inside but not from the outside. The room was a bit small. Only big enough for one person not 2 really as advertised. It was a small double bed. I had to climb over the bed to close the blinds, which was not easy for me. The room/bed was not big enough for 2 people, especially if they were tall or large in stature. The bathroom would have been a tight squeeze too. The room was right near the front door so I heard people coming in late which was a bit of a disturbance. The description of the place as being a superb double room. It was a bit misleading. I was on my own so it just suited me. Room number one is not suitable for 2 people.

Location was good. The place was very clean. The owner was very helpful.
