Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomShower wasn't the best quality, and only one of us managed to get sufficient water pressure to have a proper shower 2/3 days we stayed.
Great location at the top of Main St, bed was ridiculously comfortable with a lovely duck down duvet, and was very homely. Room was a great place to base ourselves whilst up visiting friends, quiet, clean, tidy and great value for money.

Didn't like that the keys were held in a different building down the rd. I only found this out after we had parked the car in the car park and went to the door of the property. Details should have been emailed beforehand

United KingdomNo pre-Warning that the keys were not in the property, but 400 meters away in another property, not the property’s fault but parking in the car park near the property you had to be at the car at 08:00 to buy another ticket as the warden was there, no availability to purchase any tickets past 18:00 hrs although you had to buy one to cover 18:00-08:00 there was some substance on the bathroom door, the shower only worked one day wallpaper was hanging off the wall (damp wall), toilet roll holder hanging off wall, I showed the photographs when I booked out so this won’t be a shock, very noisy on the Sunday afternoon , although a bat loud music in one room where everyone else was in the other one,
