We were expecting a jacuzzi but found a normal bath other than that everything was as described.

We enjoyed our stay at No.73. It was spacious, clean and quiet. Good facilities. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in a home away from home. Rebecca was welcoming and available if needed. The location was good, relatively close to Liverpool waterfront and New Brighton beach.

Could do with mirrors in bedrooms to get ready and there was no hanging space. We had suits and dresses to hang up but nowhere to hang them. Nothing major just little tweeks

Very clean, excellent staff. Ideal location, and excellent value. Everything you needed apart from hanging space and mirrors but had just been decorated and done up so not sure if it's still in working progress.

There was nothing we disliked. If I’m being really picky I would say it could do with a full length mirror as you know what women are like, we like to be able to see our outfits before we go out.

The property was perfect. The location was perfect, costing around £10 on average for an Uber into the town centre of Liverpool. There was a fully equity kitchen, beds were extremely comfy. Looks like it has recently been renovated throughout with fresh paint.

The shower was abit hard to use but once we got it started it was perfect, wifi wouldn’t connect to our phones but I think that was our own fault as it worked for the tv etc.

The property was fab, it had recently been renovated so everything was brand new and very modern. Spacious with lots of facilities to use, very comfy beds.

Maybe could do with some information on bus timetables or locations for buses and local taxi numbers maybe on a notice board.

Property was very clean, it had everything we needed, with the added bonus of WiFi and Netflix TV. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived and I would definitely recommend.

Couldn't complain about a thing

The beds were so comfortable, location was ideal, you're a bit out of the city so away from hustle and bustle to allow a good night's sleep but equally not too far that an uber costs a fortune. The host couldn't have been more accommodating.

The shower doesn't work well, so if you mind having a good shower you better be prepared for a good amount of frustration. The heat flow is not constant so the 4 of us found ourselves stressed with a burning and then freezing cold water since the heat is not intelligent and constant. It switches off when too hot and untill it's very cold, it won't heat again. If I'd be the owner I'd fix before renting it out. The beds seems to be made of cheap spring mattresses so it's too soft and shaky.

The place is large beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and in a walking distance to both Liverpool and Everton stadium. The check-in is easy but it starts too late however the owner allowed us a much earlier check-in. It might not work for every guest.

Lack of: Coat hangers Curtains that properly block out sunlight. No decent mirrors. Shower water pressure was VERY low. Unable to have a proper shower during stay.

Clean. Super clean. Congrats to the cleaning team. Quiet, was able to sleep well and didn't hear noise from neighbours. Host minds their own business which is great.

Description of property was inaccurate. No spa bath No games House smelled and was over run with air fresheners it was so strong. Shower was awful constantly running hot and cold. Tap for running a bath was barely a trickle. Only 1 Standard towel per person provided no additional hand towels. Stairs extremely steep. Table only had 2 chairs so difficult to eat a meal in the house.

The property isn't actually as listed in booking.com. The bathroom did not have a spa bath, there are only 2 actual bedrooms, the third sleeping area is downstairs in the living area, separated by a curtain. There are no bedrooms with 2 double beds as advertised in the listing. There was no light bulb in the upstairs landing abs the stairs were very steep so this was not safe at all, also there is a very steep step down into the bathroom so anyone with mobility issues would struggle. There is no lock on the bathroom door for privacy. The parking is hit and miss and both nights I was unable to park in the street until later in the evening when someone left. There are 2 dangerous plug sockets, one upstairs in the twin bedroom and one in the sleeping area downstairs. The bathroom was in need of a complete overhaul, the bath was coming away from the wall and the toilet seat was broken. I am afraid I would not recommend this property to stay. On a positive note it was very clean and the communication with the host was fine.

We could not get the power shower to work the first day but it worked on the second day. The bathroom could do with being refurbished. Nowhere to hang our coats. Could also do with some cloths rails in the bed rooms as there’s no hanging space.

Clean and beds comfortable nice clean kitchen. The sofa was comfortable and the owner was very helpful when the back door would not open
