The waste bin in the room is not big enough if you are staying for a week and cooking in the room.

The location is prefect as close to the town center and there are shops and restaurants just across the road. I am working about 5minutes drive away from the apartment so very pleased only a short journey to work. Have booked up again this week, as good value for money.

I stayed here for two weeks and the only glitch was the shower pressure and temperature, as the water seemed to pump in alternate hot and cold gushes. That the view was not postcard worthy didn't really matter to me, as I didn't have much time to look out of the window; more importantly, although facing a busy road, it was quiet inside the room.

It was a very pleasant surprise to find that the kitchenette in my bedroom was well equipped with glasses, mugs, cutlery, plates, the lot, as well as the room being VERY spacious. The common kitchen was also very well equipped with utensils for cooking and storing food, and the location was central.

Room very dark with poor lighting, not helped by very dark decor. Room changed at short notice. Overlooking very busy road with noisy traffic. Unreliable shower thermostat - two minutes of hot water and then freezing cold and then back to hot again. Lack of basic recycling facilities for plastic containers etc.

Very good location for shopping and easy access to town centre plus the railway station. Other guests friendly in communal areas. Comfortable bed. Very good microwave in room. Very clean fridge freezer in room Well equipped communal kitchen.

Getting access to the lockbox code was a slight issue. The code was supposed to have been SMSed to our mobile. However, it never arrived, and I suspect that the country code was not used because my mobile is an Australian number. Also, we had only just got off the plane at Heathrow and had not activated the phone or logged into the internet. Attempting to ring the property management number did not work as it was after hours. Fortunately, one of the other tenants knew the emergency number to ring. We had initially booked a ground-floor room that was confirmed. However, the room we were allocated was on the first floor. When we got into the room and logged on to the internet, we received a message from the property management via Bookings with the access code for the room.

Good central location for the Liverpool area. The room was comfortable with basic cooking facilities (microwave, kettle & toaster). Large communal kitchens were available if necessary. Free WiFi and parking on site. There are plenty of shops within a close radius.

Ventilation of air is not good as well as lighting is not good, and size of the room in the pictures was large, but its not as per the expectations.

The room is clean and the facilities mentioned are all available. The property is near to all amenities and town centre and all the big brands are nearby.

If it had not been for a resident returning from work i would not have been able to get in. No message received and no one answering phone. Not.good enough and worrying cos i was travelling alone. Thank god he was able to help. No info displayed. On taxi services or bus timetables etc

Unfortunately I've got a very noisy neighbour. She won't keep quiet. Wish something could be done.One night I was still awake gone midnight. She was on her phone I think.such a loud voice.Would like her removed ASAP

Initially had an issue with the downstairs washing machine, however this was resolved by the next week which I was happy with. This is a very minor criticism, but there was no can opener available xD.

Good comfortable bedding, good facilities in regard to the shower, kitchenette in the room, and the shared kitchen facilities. Close to the town centre, and retail park which was great for food/toiletry shopping needs. Good quality wifi, was able to game whilst there with only occasional hiccups which for a shared house wifi is really amazing :)

The oven. The oven seems quite old. I don't know whether it is just me but it took a while to cook my food even at the highest temperature. I am just being a little picky but I don't like the fact that there is carpet in the room, wood flooring throughout the entire room would be nice. It's also easier to clean. When the previous guest is a smoker it can definitely take in the smell.
