Only thing I would suggest are black out blinds in bedroom and maybe a king sized bed rather than double.

The rooms were not set up for the number of guests so we were short of toilet rolls, mugs and towels. After a long trip it was not great having to make up 2 sofa beds. We received an email asking about our visit before we visited which was quite stressful as I thought I had booked the wrong day!

Impeccably clean, cosy, comfortable bed and bedding, cosy and warm apartment, very-well equipped shared kitchen, lovely touches such as the coffee machine and pods, lots of fridge/freezer space. Tom, the host, was incredibly helpful and flexible, with fast and clear communication, which really enhanced our stay.

The room was to sleep 4. There was 3 of us and only 2 mugs2 glasses 2 towels. There was plenty of glasses in the kitchen but no spare mugs. My other family members were upstairs and they stated problems with their blinds. As they walked around our light fittings shook and made jingly noises. I don’t think the coffee machine was complete either.

We requested a travel cot but unfortunately this wasn't there when we arrived. Luckily staff were still around and able to sort this for us. The building itself was noisy with the front door banging all evening. The bright green exit lights in the rooms were difficult to sleep with plus the light blinds during the summer months.

There were no negatives for this property, we were very impressed with the location. Property was clean and comfortable. Facilities were spot on Couldn't fault anything.

The roller blinds in the bedroom did not work allowing light from street lights to disturb sleep.

The apartment we stayed in could benefit from more storage in the bedroom and bathroom especially. It would be great if instructions for how to pull out the sofa bed and put it back were left in the apartment if needed. The water pressure in the bathroom could be better but adequate. The kettle in the apartment could be bigger as you can only make one cup at a time.

The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. The facilities were first class, the kitchen is really well thought out so more than one apartment can use it at the same time. The furniture choices were practical and classy. The communal areas were really clean and there is ample car parking. The security in and around the building makes you feel safe. I felt appreciated as a customer with the messages I received prior to my stay which were welcoming and informative.

Very thin walls and floors, could basically hear people upstairs walking and talking. Felt like anything over a whisper would be heard. Fridge made a loud humming noise for hours after being opened. The bedroom gets the morning sun, so with 4 windows in there is very bright in the morning.

Property was very clean, towels and bits laid out for us. Plenty of information in regards to accessing the property via code and key. The fridge was big enough to use, unlike hotel ones that are tiny. Bed was very comfortable, although a little firm for my liking but no complaints. Location in the village was nice, easy to access shops from where we were. No traffic noise.

we liked the apartment was clean and spacious and the staff (Tom, Lisa and Vicky) where amazing by recommending places for us to go and were very welcoming and attentive made us feel at home. highly recommend for anyone looking for a break you will not regret your choice.

The driveway is quite tight for large cars to get in and out of and turn around.

Comfy, clean and spacious apartment. Access to streaming services on tv. Allowed us to stay for a single night, not many places allow that nowadays.
