AustraliaTrying to watch Amazon prime on the tv but tv wouldn’t connect to the wifi. Phones got onto wifi fine though. No air con. Building is old so walls are thin and everything creaks and cracks.
Breakfast was great! Lots of options! Room Was as pictured/expected. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Location was fantastic!

Location great, over looking the river in the centre of Bourton. Instructions and communications from the site were exceptional and made finding and entering the property quick and easy. All clean and tidy and breakfast delivered to the door was exceptional and 100% value for money : )

United KingdomThere was an issue with the standard of cleaning. Upon wanting to go for the bath, there was blue marks and hair in the bath and the sinks which I cleaned myself. We also weren’t provided with robes, a bath mat, and was only given one towel each - no hand towels. We contacted the property via message and we had a great experience with staff member englehart who remedied these issues for us, but due to only staying two nights, I’d say we only had the full level of what was described from 3pm on our last day, which isn’t what you expect for the price you pay.
The location for the hotel was stunning. Very central and great views if water facing. The breakfast was nice. Complimentary bottles of water given which was nice. Good design of rooms and layout.

Good sized room, and decor was nice. Bathroom was nicely decorated and a nice size also. Location was amazing, the sterling suite that we had - had an amazing view!

United StatesThe breakfast was ok, but I think the idea of breakfast in bed is overrated. There were trays for eating in bed, but there were not enough pillows to sit up comfortably. We were four in the room and there wasn't a table big enough for all to sit and eat.
The view from our room was charming and the room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast arrived on time and hit the spot.

United Kingdomparking a nightmare at busy times, didn't mention until a couple of days before it was above a chip shop ( though they were very nice fish and chips) old sash windows very draughty and noisy, toilet seat was loose and some of the paintwork was really marked...could do with a freshen up ...its the most i have ever paid for one night so perhaps my expectations were a little high..it was for our silver wedding anniversary!!!

United KingdomWhilst the decor was great, a few items could do with a little LTC - the mirror was damaged on the bottom and there were some marks on the bedside cabinet and tables. One other suggestion would be to offer an earlier check in as standard as we weren’t able to check in until 4pm which we felt was a little late considering check out is 10am.
We loved the central location and beautiful view. The bathroom in our room was great! We also loved the breakfast which we thought was superb considering there is no restaurant within the hotel. We were really grateful that the hotel provided us breakfast for our toddler too!
