Great location to explore and central to harbour. Had plenty of space in apartment, friendly staff Harriet was very attentive to needs, Thoughtful gestures provided, tea coffee milk and WINE. 😉

The property is located close to harbour, shops, restaurants and town centre. Host Harriet was very welcoming and accommodating. Flat is very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (7 & 12yrs). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

It was bigger than we expected, the rooms were so clean and comfy and the location was amazing. When you walked out the front door the harbour was right there with lots of cute shops and food places. The host was so lovely and welcoming, she was very easy to contact. It was very handy the car park being next door.

It was very clean and comfortable. We had towels provided and tea coffee and sugar all toilet rolls ect. We only had a long weekend there wish it was longer. I would definitely go back next year.

The flat was a bit small for our party (4 adults and one toddler) however we had to find accommodation last minute as the one we had previously booked was cancelled at the last minute. It would be perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Also dog friendly!

Location was great, very central and apartment was very clean. The host was very accommodating and provided a cot bed with linen for my son which is unusual as you usually have to provide your own.

Be warned about the stairs, no problem for the fit and able bodied but could be for the elderly and infirm

Beautifully appointed apartment with everything you could need including a bottle of wine, biscuits, milk and a starter kit of tea, coffee and sugar. We were made to feel most welcome without being intruded upon and can highly recommend staying here, the view was fantastic!

3 flights of steps but wasn't a problem as fit enough to get up them!

The location was a given. However the apartment was home from home with all the little touches the owner has put into it was so lovely and thoughtful. Harriet was also very helpful with parking and local knowledge. Would definitely stay again!

It was clear the host (who was lovely) had tried super hard to make this homely for visitors. Unfortunately however, it was all a little bit depressing. There was blue vinyl hospital style flooring in much of the building, with bins and various cleaning items stored in the stairwells. The kitchen was oddly located in the entrance as you enter the flat and laid out in an impractical way so as to be a nuisance when preparing food and washing up. Whilst everything was there, and had been thought through, it was clunky and difficult to use so we ate out a lot. There was evidently a lack of attention to cleaning detail, thick grime on the fire blanket, cobwebs at anything above eye level and dubious hairs from multiple sources all over the place, which did not belong to us. Including on the towels,which were shedding behind belief, so much that they left down all over the bathroom surfaces after only a couple of days (a half cup of vinegar in the softener drawer would help prevent this). Finally, perhaps unfortunately because completely out of her control, we were woken every morning at dawn by the 100s of seagulls squawking their heads off and at night the bell on the church chimed until midnight.

The location is excellent, with stunning views of the harbour from 1 bedroom and direct views of the church in the other. It is very central to everything you want to visit in Ilfracombe. The main lounge was nicely decorated and enjoyable enough for a conversation in the evening, but rather small for dining. There were some lovely lamps in all rooms. The host was lovely and communicative.

There was a lot of dog hair in the apartment. I know they are dog friendly but could of been cleaner. The rug in the longe especially bad. The neighbours were very noisy. We had two young kids and on one night one the guest above us went out and clearly left their dog on it’s own and was constantly barking till gone 10pm. Stopping our kids from going to sleep. The guest opposite had their TV on loud every day as well.

The view was very good. The apartment is well stocked with cleaning products and kitchen utensils.
