TV didn't work without signing into to an Amazon account which I don't have, so unable to experience the benefits of a huge smart TV in the room. The tea and coffee holder was stained and the teabags on the bottom were stuck to the tray, maybe some sort of holder for the items in the tray would solve this? Parking is a bit of a challenge as there is no bays and the road to the side of the hotel is blocked off. The room I booked was without a window and I accept this is why the price was so good though my room smelt of damp. As there was heavy rainfall throughout the day and night the floor outside my room in the corridor flooded and there was a puddle on the floor which is maybe not helping with the damp smell.

Room was beautifully decorated and very modern. Bed was very comfortable and there was no issues with noise. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is easy to find.

It was within good distance of the city centre and to our event we attended, staff were lovely on arrival, rooms were lovely and the bed was so comfortable, no disturbances at all. We had a great sleep!

Parking a bit tight. Booked a deluxe room was big but needed a bath for Mrs put in a smaller room witch wasn't to bad.when we left we striped the bed down ready for the cleaner.but to are suprise on the mattress cover there was two stains on it we was sleeping on that for a few days.cleaner must have seen it before we come to stay.

Breakfast should have stated that is was a continental, there was no food on the premises, only bought in for the morning, but it was pleasant enough. We were directly over the bar garden area, so was quite noisy until about 10 o'clock especially with children running around.

The staff in the bar/hotel were lovely, they couldn't do enough for you. Large room.

Staff at Breakfast on Sunday 19th were particularly friendly , kind and helpful . Location was perfect , in walking distance to Anfield , short Taxi journey to Blackstreet Market Comedy Club and also town .

The shower was a challenge to use, thankfully the staff were on hand to sort this, we couldn’t get the tv to work, it wasn’t much of an issue but would have been nice to maybe watch tv after a long day, we had a deluxe room which was a good size, however it only came with 2 coat hangers and no wardrobe

Rooms felt unfinished, we were informed that they often have bachelor and bachelorette parties, so might be in an attempt to prevent damage. I can imagine the hotel gets very loud on weekends.

Great location, easy access to centre of town and docks via bus, alright walk if you enjoy walking. Very friendly staff, gave us good recommendations for places to visit. Attached bar is great value for money. Building is beautiful and they had recently put up a mural next to it which was cool to see, our room had some very cool windows. Very close to Anfield stadium which was a nice walk, and there were lots of murals to go and find in close proximity.

I was left without toilet roll after room was serviced on Saturday and the automatic closing door mechanism on room is broken. I inadvertently left my door wide open when I went for breakfast on Sunday morning.

Should be named as a guest house, rather than a hotel. No specific dining room. Lights in the corridor malfunctioned regularly. No towel rail holder or toilet roll holder in bathroom. Weren't allowed in until 3pm, as bar was not open to check in, even though I had emailed about the luggage being held.
