We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLocation is hard via public transport. You need a car or be willing to uber or taxi from a station. The decor in the room is pretty but a bit in need of a tidy up. But the price reflects this I think.
It's a charming hotel with a lovely lounge/restaurant/lobby which was perfect for spending the day talking with a friend and business connection. The toiletries were nice and if I recall correctly, sustainable.

United KingdomThe bed was massive! and extremely comfortable, my only gripe was there weren't enough pillows for the size of the bed, only one each of the soft hotel pillows, and few scatter type cushions which we both used under the soft pillow. It is personal choice I know. But a couple more soft pillows would have been nice.
Had a meal in the restaurant the night we arrived. Food was good but nothing exceptional. Breakfast was a buffet Continental or Full English. Plenty of food good quality!

United KingdomThe cleaning side of things wasn't the cleanest. Topping up the tea,coffee and sugar was so minimal. The cups were dirty and wasn't replaced over the 2 nights that we stayed. Really speaking the basics was not covered, bits of the interior needed repairing, repainted and abit rough round the edges. Was expecting the whole experience to be a bit nicer
