The quality of some of the furniture and fixings were poor - things seemed to break very easily.

Great location and lovely apartment. It felt like I was the first person to stay in it. It was very beautifully decorated but there were some teething problems - the coffee table was broken, the hoover broke during my stay and was not replaced, the curtain hooks in the front room broke, and there was no cupboard space in the bedroom.

Building works starting at 7.30 am each morning which we were not pre warned about. We had no parking permit left in the apartment which we reported as soon as we arrived. We were advised that someone would get back to us but didn't.

Poor communication, Couldn't find the place as it was on a building site. Couldn't find the entrance. Quite a distance from places to eat and drink. Couldn't figure out how to use the heating.

Its difficult to find the entrance of the building and the instructions we had to unlock the front door were not clear but the support did function quite well. There is a guarantee of a significant value (aprox. 300 pounds) but it is refundable, There is a building under construction just beside the living room window.

The apartament is very spacious, confortable and modern. Very well equipped.

The apartment is surrounded by several building sites, so the view was not great, but with that being said, the kids did enjoy watching the diggers and other construction vehicles. And to be fair, the noise could not be heard inside the apartment, which was good. Also, the short walk to the beach is only accessible if you're an able adult, as you have to walk down cliffs and sand dunes - getting back up would be impossible with kids. We went with this apartment because we thought the beach was a walk away.

The apartment was great. It was clean, modern, and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped (with appliances and utensils that were clean and undamaged). I don't think we had any issues with the apartment what so ever. Ample parking spaces - permit provided. WiFi provided. Very short drive to Hayle and Godrevy Beach (both of which we preferred over St. Ives). Only a twenty minute drive from St. Ives.

Satnav did not recognize post code or address so we could not find the apartment plus the car park was marked up with such small letters saying The Yard it was hard to see so getting there was a bit stressful. we had to phone the office a couple of times for instructions. Blinds or curtains are needed in the lounge with the building work going on opposite and the sun blaring in first thing made the place hot.

Lift was out of action prior to our stay and we were not informed of this. Also building works right outside were noisy from 8am - 5pm and visibility invasive into the living room ( no curtains) and bedroom

We didn’t realise that building site is next to the block of the apartments we were living and the place was not very clean. Finger prints and oily kitchen cupboards were left from probably previous residents.

- Lack of aircon or fan - with the room facing the sun, it gets very hot. - Would suggest a mix of soft and firm pillows to help account for every individual's sleep style. - The bedding smelt of a stale wet dog - this had to be washed. - No notification that the property is on a building site and, therefore loud building sounds from 8 am to 5 pm. - The communal door to the whole block of apartments was always left open (maybe a maintenance issue) - Despite paying a £75 cleaning fee- the floors of the apartment were dusty and dirt on arrival.

Very well-presented apartment - with a very large bed that is incredibly comfortable. Lovely location to be able to walk to the three-mile beach. Very well insulated - could not hear any other people within the building.

Can see that the building is still under construction so was a bit dusty in the public areas and if you happen to open any of the windows. The apartment does get really hot in the afternoon so one has to contend with having the windows open at some point. The downstairs lift area is also not well lit with construction lights being used to light it up. Also hard to find the apartments using the given post code so suggest they provide more detailed directions. One big downer is the owners expect you to leave the apartment ready for the next guest otherwise you get a hefty charge on your deposit. They need to just state that there will be a cleaning charge which is not included in the price per night.

Quality apartment which was spacious and clean. Furnished with high end furniture with a lovely outside sitting area which was great for just chilling out. Great location for touring Cornwall allowing us to either drive around or go on walking tours.

It's situated on a bankrupt building site, so might as well have been staying on a council estate. The hosts pester you to know everything about your trip, it's none of their business and it's impossible to find as there's no signage and the front door is concealed round the side of a building site behind an unfinished foyer. Also dangerous balcony that moved whenever you walked on it.

The letting agents were awful. Firstly, it wasn't made clear on Booking.com I would have to pay a further £200 deposit. Secondly, the agent's phone number didn't work. After a raft of emails to me, they insisted I use their app to upload my driving licence and photo ID. I gave them the deposit & ID. They then demanded ID details for my wife & bombarded me with emails, as well as Booking.com messages, so it was completely unclear to check in. I protested about the terrible service & invasion of privacy but they refused to cancel my reservation. When we got there the building was overlooking a giant building site. The view was over an unbuilt patio, and the windows were stained with muck so we kept the curtains closed for our stay. They made me sign further emails saying I wouldn't make a mess or have parties, or bring pets. The agent refused to let me book a late check out in advance over the phone, said I had to do this on the day we arrived. Then they sent a long email, saying at the end about possible multiple excess charges if we checked out late, including £45 per hr, etc. & fines if we lost the paper parking permit of £150. I am still waiting for my £200 deposit back, & confirmation they destroyed their copies of my ID.

The whole place is Amazing! It was clean and plenty of towels provided. Even with rubbish weather, it was a pleasant stay. Staff are professional and quick to reply. They take a deposit, but the return is prompt so not a problem. The photos do little justice. All kitchen amenities are clean and fairly new.

No instructions for the heating. Heated towel rail did not work and the team managing the accomodation did not remedy the problem despite repeated emails from the day after our arrival. Good at promises but not at delivery!

Everything was great from start to finish, the hosts are so east and quick to get a hold off and helpful with queries. The place itself was amazing and exactly what the photos show, and the beds were sooo comfy! The whole apartment was great and we will 100% be coming back for more then 3 nights!
