We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThis is a great property and is welcoming and feels safe. It is ideally placed for many local tourist places and the host provides some useful details about where to visit. Our dog really enjoyed her stay!
We had a wonderful stay in your Lodge - it was perfect for us and you have some lovely welcoming touches which make a difference - the home made cake and breakfast boxes - we would absolutely stay again.

United KingdomNot so much a didn't like, I loved it. We just couldn't find any matches or a lighter for the wood burner or anything that had the WIFI details. But we sorted that out.
I must admit I am a bit dobious of staying in pet friendly accommodation as I am a germaphob and pet hairs are a pet hate. However, I was presently surprised at the cleanliness of this lovely place. Initially, I booked it to attend a nearby festival in the summer, which later was cancelled. I was unable to get a refund on the accommodation, so I decided to change the dates to coinside with my birthday weekend, and it was a great idea.. We got to enjoy the coast of Sobo Beach and Bournemouth.. We could come back after a long day out and have somewhere to chill and sleep. Cooking breakfast was great as the lodge has a fully sized, fully equipped kitchen.!

Lovely summer house within a private area of the garden. Facilities were very good and everything was spotless. The owner had even left us a cake to have on arrival ! Dog bowl was handy as we'd forgotton ours!

A cute little studio cabin/lodge with good kitchen facilities, and was clean and well supplied. Great for a weekend or short stay. Located a short drive from town centre.
