It was a slightly longer walk from Snowhill Station than I expected but I eventually found it no problem

It didn’t matter greatly to us but we had views of walls from all our windows. If you’re just using it for sleeping it’s great.

Door annoyed me took to me ages to lock it properly

Lovely place, kinda of place i could live in, Very clean everything was modern and new condition. It had everything you need for a stay, everything was thought of clearly a host that knows what guests need and like. Great location. Will book this place when ever i go to Birmingham.

Very quiet and comfortable centrally located flat

I hadn't been sent the key lock code in advance and had to ring on arrival to obtain it. However, the call was answered promptly and the code given. The lock on the flat door was misaligned and hard to lock, I called the management company and the manager came out very quickly to assist and explain how pull the door to make it easier to lock.

The location was perfect for getting to the institute I was teaching at and for accessing the city centre for meals etc The flat was extremely quiet, comfortable and well equipped.

There was no hot water & had to call booking.com so they let them know . They responded only to tell me to open a utility door & press the booster button & after 20 minutes the water was hot. They must leave a note about the hot water not everyone is an expert about these technical things. I was not happy at all.

I asked for early check-in and the host asked an exaggerated overcharge. I felt the hourly amount was a mockery. One cold evening, after coming back from a full-day trip, needing to take a hot shower, there was no hot water! Wrote the host and he asked me to hit the Boost button of the water heater, than wait for some time to get some warm water. Don't know if it is a heater failure or this is how it works, but it was very annoying.

The apartment has everything one may need, it is spacy, TV with lots of programs, good radiator heating.

Beautiful Apartment, everything thought of to make it comfortable & easy for you to use exceptionally clean. I had a great 3 days & nights slept very well. Fabulous would definitely stay again. Only a couple of mins walk from Birmingham centre. I drove & decided to park in the B4 carpark when I arrived I signed up online & got a discount for becoming a member it was a 10 min walk from the carpark to the appartment its not cheap to park but knowing my car was safe was worth it.

The place would be really complete if some basic information is provided on how to use the washer and dryer. Instead we had to Google for instruction. 2 pillows are provided which is wonderful, just a bit soft and flat for me. But small matter.

Location is great ! Cafes and restaurants within 5 mins, 8-10 mins to shopping malls, train / bus stations, and restaurants. The apartment - very quiet ! Don’t hear any noise from the street or neighbors. Kitchen is complete with everything you need. Spacious. Comfortable sofa. Good water pressure. Drying rack provided. That’s thoughtful. Full length mirror. Hangers provided. Laundry basket provided. Chest drawers. Side tables. Clean. Modern like ikea showroom. Very helpful and friendly host !

The bed was messy as soon as we had checked in. Towels were on the floor, pillows on the floor bed was not made at all!

The apartment was near the entrance and got a lot of noise from other guests and residents passing.

As someone with OCD it was really difficult to go around all the dirty spots left behind; dirty linen and floors had crumbs on them. Also was really confused about how they deal with deposits; I had to message them to get back my deposit?? They didn’t even bother to do that themselves, I had to contact them and give my back details again myself.

The flat was freezing cold and took a long time to heat up. There is no solution to store your luggage after check out.
