Our room (in the basement) had no windows, there were ants crawling all over the bathroom and the carpet was dirty ( had to scrape it away with out shoe)

I enjoyed the location, great to grab a coffee and go walk in the park

The room was extremely small, I had a terrible feeling of claustrophobia while walking through the corridors because there's no window and the air is hard to breathe. The door was really difficult to open. The magnetic key was not read on the first try and it happened that I had to insert it up to ten times. It didn't just happen to me, but also to my neighbors since I heard it every time they returned to the room. If these small elements could be fixed, it would make the hotel even more beautiful.

The location was exceptional, super near to Hyde Park. The neighborhood was silent and quiet. Well connected to all transports. The staff was extremely friendly and available. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I recommend it for those who want to spend a few days in London and don't want to spend too much

Deceiving! Beautiful Victoria building but the room was tiny we could barely move around the bed between the two of us. The mattress was flat. The bed was so uncomfortable. Floor tiles on en-suite were loose. Sockets on bathroom and room were loose. Towel rail was dirty. Booked with breakfast included and was told to pay extra person on arrival. Parking is a bit hit or miss only a few spaces available for 4hrs pay by phone.

The initial rooms I was offered I did not like they had windows but had a wall right in front of them it felt claustrophobic but I asked to be moved and finally on the 3rd room the receptionist showed me I had a room looking outside it was much better and not noisy which was good. Nice room but the area was mixed I felt alittle unsafe in Queensway area the streets by the tube especially

The way mould on the blind, and the all over the wall under the window, there were 3 lifts but only one was working and it took forever to reach you because it's so small only 3/4 people could fit in but part of the stairs stated they were out of use!

Window with no view was an empty storage room behind the window! Lipstick on towels in bathroom. Holes in ceiling. Tiles broken in bathroom.

I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Plus, the bed is not comfortable, comfy and has loud noises. The room seems old too.

Room very small but bed comfy and slept well. Bathroom clean but again very small for 3 people. Staff barely spoke at all and reviews said how friendly and welcoming they were.

Location, super handy for getting to tube, theatres and around town. Lovely spot close to Kensington park. Beds very comfy but room very small. Bathroom clean but also very small and cramped for 3. We only slept here though so for a nights sleep it was fine.

On arrival did not get a welcome or hello from the staff member. Got asked straight away if we had signed anything. Not expecting much chat as understand there is work that needs to be done to check us in, but no friendly general talk was had. Room was pretty small but comfortable. We had a fire alarm at 2:15am for a brief moment which obviously startled us, was due to someone smoking in their room but there was no apology from staff when we checked out the next morning.

There was water damage in the floor. There was mold in the lamp over the sink in our first room. Our first room was nothing like the picture shown on the page when we ordered. We changed rooms, but the second room wasn't all that much better, it was better, but only by a few details.
