The fact i had to ask the lady about the TV as it was not turing on they then fixed and said that I took the plug out she wrang me up toady and blamed me for taking the usb port from the TV and she also accused me or my dog weeing the bed absolutely disgusting and and when she wrang for not giving the key back yet I did amd she was taken the Mikey out of me because I said but really bad definitely would not recommend it to anyone no hot water and only hand towels were in the room I've been travelling for quite a few months amd this buy far is one of the worst I've ever gone to

No car park had to pay 14 pounds to stay in a car park overnight damp patches in ceiling. In my room one tea one coffee only in bedroom oh and no milk either breakfast not served until 10 am too late

Nothing to dislike. It's a clean, comfortable, friendly b&b that was perfect for an overnight business stay. I stayed in a single room but Vicky has larger rooms, even one with a four poster bed, for couples/families staying for longer leisure trips.

Close to the Blackpool North station and in the quieter end of Blackpool. Sea front a 5 minute walk for trams, lovely beach and North Pier. Extremely clean - I could smell the fabric Softener on the towels and bed linen. Excellent breakfast - catered for vegetarian me! Lovely, warm and friendly host - Vicky is a very kind and caring lady who goes out of her way to welcome and look after you.

We checked in early only 90mins, after asking if room was ready, only to be told it was an extra £10 per room not advised at time of being given keys, said we would move out and come back at 2pm. When booking we booked the more expensive option of breakfast included, when going for breakfast only to be told this was only continental this was only cereal, juice, toast & tea/coffee no fruits, croissants etc We had to pay extra £7 for full English which meant we paid an extra £13 each for breakfast which l think was very pricy. Finally the beds were very bumpy mattresses definitely needed replacement on both double beds

Woken up to someone putting scaffolding outside the room, the batteries in the TV remote had run out, but could've asked for more batteries if we were that bothered and the shower seemed to flood easily.

Comfy bed and lovely, welcoming staff. Very close to winter gardens and the beach. Plenty of things to do in the area and was still quiet enough to get a decent sleep. The breakfast was gorgeous and caters for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Amazing localisation, everything you need is maximum 15 minutes walk from hotel. Very clean and cosy rooms and bathrooms, lovely staff. It was nice to stay here! Breakfast was amazing! Service was better than in the most of restaurants around. :) Special kudos to two lovely ladies who served us on Sunday's morning and went above and beyond to make all guests happy.
