Would have liked hot water in the kitchen and perhaps a 2 ring induction hob, tea-towels The shower was a law unto itself 😂took a paragraph of explaination in the folder to explain how it worked

The annex was very clean, well equipped and ever so quiet, which was wonderful. The view out from the bedrooms over the garden and fields is very tranquil. The hosts had excellent communication and nothing was too much trouble. Will be back!!

I don’t think there is anything.

Sarah was there to meet us too. She is really friendly and so was Jan. The accommodation was super lovely and we would definitely stay again. We went to see friends so the location for us was fab. My boys loved the garden as Sarah allowed us to use the trampoline. My boys were on there the 3 days we were there. Overall we all had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend staying there. If you like walks it is ideal. There are so many beautiful walks around there.

Sarah was a great host with clear and friendly communication and couldn't be more more helpful or welcoming. Accommodation was perfect, beds comfy. Location was ideal as we were visiting friends nearby but location also good for a trip to Dartmoor.

We understand that the suite is set up for 5 people and we were only two, but our one small grip would be that there was no table to eat breakfast – we just had to sit on the bed. Otherwise, good selection of breakfast foods.

There is nothing to not like about this property, it’s clean, spacious and the annex is built and Leo in a fantastic standard. The only improvement could be a kitchen to make it self-sufficient but there was a microwave, kitchen amenities (bar cooker), coffee machine, kettle, fridge sink and access to iron if required if this thing for a wedding et cetera.

The property is very well placed for a visit into Dartmoor National Park. It is in a secluded area with a lovely garden at the rear. Lots of space to park and relax. The views at the rear are also fantastic with cows roaming freely. In the distance are rolling fields and hills. Lovely hosts Sarah and Jan are incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

Beautiful location, lovely hosts, clean modern accommodation. Lovely big garden where my son was welcome to play and jump on the trampoline. Adding a sink to the kitchenette area is already in progress and will add a lot to the property.

Rowlands Annex is in very quiet and beautiful part just on the outskirts of plymouth Sarah and Jan was very welcoming from start to Finish the property has everything you need for a enjoyable break the property was very clean and tidy can not fault the place 😊

Sarah kept in touch throughout the day of arrival and was extremely flexible with our timing. She made sure we had all that we needed and whilst always available if needed, we felt that the annex was very independent from the main house. The apartment was lovely , nicely decorated and well considered with discrete instructions for the likes of the coffee machine. Great quality and comfort. There was a great choice of breakfast items and a nice hamper of drinks and snack upon arrival.

Excellent host (Sarah). Very clean and tidy accommodation with all the necessities that you would need and more. Comfy and spacious bedrooms. Quiet location with great views.

No living room, nowhere private to sit outside, plastic wine glasses, no fan (despite it stating there is a fan), woken up by someone walking around very early in the room above (didn’t know there was a room above!), couldn’t work the shower out and the water got scolding hot, no hot water in the “kitchen” which was really inadequately equipped. There is no way you could make food in there unless it was a ready meal to put in the microwave. The accommodation basically feels like you’re staying in the spare room of someone’s house. we wouldn’t return.
