It is 10min for a walk from the bus stop, so those with a lot of luggage may want to take a taxi!

The bed, kitchen, bath, and toilet in this inn were all clean and easy to use. The locks were hard to open but the video was very helpful. There are towels, kitchen utensils, and condiments, but no hair dryer, so you should bring your own. I would stay here again when staying in Manchester.

I have nothing to say here, if I have to say something is just that I thought I could walk to the center from there but by bus is very close and easy, several buses you have to go to the center and the buses stop are close to the property.

I was impressed by the place, which was quite clean, quiet and comfortable. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We feel at home! I recommend it 100%

- pillows are too soft,it will be perfect if other options - some of the kitchen utensils are bit old. e.g. frying pan,baking tray - when windy days,guest house door will rattling over night，it will be perfect if some Sound-killing sponge between guest door crack.

You have to use bus to get to the city center. The neighborhood is quite and calm, but there are not many shops or restaurants.

The house is very beautiful and the bedroom and bathroom were both very comfortable and well equipped.

I wished the windows opened a bit more for fresh air but it seems it's just typical for these houses.

I was sent to another property with an ensuite but management is the same person. Everything you need for a short term stay. I was there for 4 weeks and luckily the other travellers were so friendly. Kitchen is modern and equipped. Washing machine, drying racks, ironing board included. Small cosy living room. Towels, sheets and blanket provided. Wardrobe. The other rooms had a table and chair but not mine. If you need anything, you are able to contact the property manager with ease and he will accommodate. 15-20 min walk to Manchester Uni hospitals. 40-50 min walk into the city. Close to Lidl and other tuck shops.

Room was a little small, no TV in the room for any kind of entertainment when you wish to relax at night either, the location was also a bit frustrating for access to the city center.

Staff and owners incredibly friendly and helpful, communication was absolutely spot on, the kitchen had all the things you could want, the bed was surprisingly comfy, and overall the place was very clean and tidy.

Had to leave early! This is a scam and management is incredibly rude! This is the first time in my life I am leaving a negative review for anything. We booked a room with a private bathroom but upon arrival found out there were only 2 shared bathrooms. After messaging management about this we received increasingly rude replies and no solution was offered. See below for message exchange and decide for yourself if this is a place you want to stay at: ===================== Hotel management: Only full house is private bathroom (which you did not book) Did you book through booking.com? Customer: I booked through booking.com Stating that the full house has one private bathroom as an excuse for listing this as private bathroom is nonsensical. There is an option to list this property as having a shared bathroom, which it is since the bathroom is shared between at least 4 rooms. Hotel management: there is no error on our end, you may take this further to booking.com support as you wish but there isn't anything I can do on my end Customer: We have a screenshot of the listing stating falsely that the rooms were equipped with a private bathroom. The error on your end is listing this property as having a private bathroom when there is none available only a shared bathroom. The false listing is your responsibility. Hotel management: I will confirm to you again, there is no error on our end. Please take it up with booking.com as you wish. Customer: So you confirm that there is only one bathroom available that is to be shared between all rooms, correct? Hotel management: There are two bathrooms shared between 4 bedrooms in this house. Customer: So there are 2 shared bathrooms? Hotel management: I believe that is what I said. ========================= Also when we entered the property there was a person in the living room hiding fully underneath a blanket in the dark. We know they were not sleeping because we could see them move to cover their face.

Be careful when booking this property! It is a trap. You can only book a nonrefundable stay. When you arrive and the property turns out not to be as advertised, you have no way of cancelling or finding a solution with the property management. They do not take any responsibility for you, just greedy for the money. It is definitely not worth the price. This place was fully refurbished maybe a few years ago. You will be sharing it with other people (which is not what the offer states), and the rooms and bathrooms are very tiny. If you have claustrophobia, stay away from there! I had the worst experience with this property ever. In the end, I booked another accommodation and left this place. Still fighting for my money back which they do not want to refund. The bathroom was wet and filthy on our arrival. The room was also not properly cleaned after previous guests. WiFi didn't work in my room. There is huge security concern. Firstly, with the dark corridor and high stairs that are not secure at all. You will have to use your flashlight. The entrance door have a lock as well as the box for the keys. I am sure the codes are still the same today. At the end, the keys for my room had gone missing and the property accused us falesly of not leaving them in the security box. No apologies. They offered to clean the room on our check out day when I finally raised the issue with them multiple times. I am expecting a response here from the property rejecting all these allegations. At any point they took responsibility for wrongdoing. The area is not secure and tranquil as advertised. Its one of the worst area in Manchester. While looking for a shop we were exposed to people using drugs, homeless, and was asked for spare money which was terrifying when traveling solo with a child! The nearest bus stop is 5-10 minutes walk and it will take you another 20 minutes to get to city centre. You will find better option in town. Please, avoid this place.

You can here everything in the house, guests coming wake you up, tv hanged in the wall of your bedroom make you impossible to sleep if someone is watching it. Missing some cleaning sometimes and lack of attention for detail. Quite expensive for the value although I guess would be city average price.

A lot of the walls were damaged and also thick black mould on my window and cob webs on the room ceiling. Wasn't a loud to use the shower on Christmas day because of a leak and we were going out. Was told the thermostat would be available to turn on heating but on arrival was told guests were abusing it and the heating is on a timer. I don't know who set the timer but my room was freezing every night as the heating was off from 9pm to 7am and it is the middle of the winter. Had to buy a hot water bottle. No one cleaned the room for nine days. No fresh bedding or towels. The bins outside and inside overflowing. Other guests leaving rubbish on the floor and not cleaning dishes. Sent to another property because the one I booked closed down. Was told it was an upgrade. More like a down grade. It was in a residential area. The property tried to charge me £52 for damaging the bedding and a towel. Well you never provided fresh bedding and towels it's no surprise they come back super dirty and hard to clean after being used for nine days straight. Never been asked to ever pay for damaging towels or bedding in any hotel my whole life till now and I'm 40. Some one should point out to the owner that towels and bedding take a beating in hotels that's just the way it is especially after never being replaced for nine days. I would recommend staying somewhere else based on the things I mentioned above.. Didn't get what was advertised.

It was near to curry mile and the bed was comfortable. The internet strength was good.
