The building condition, the cleanliness of the room and the building. It needs huge renovations and cleaning the facilities. Dust all over the room inside the spot lights, the a/c filter and the mattress.

No wifi password given and no signal on phone in downstairs rooms. Bed was a bit firm for me, dimmer didn’t switch the spotlights off that are directly above the pillows so had lights shining on me so struggled to sleep, the same with my colleague in her room. Got forgotten about when checked in and waiting for room key until I had to ask, the lady I checked in with didn’t inform the gent taking over so it was only after waiting half an hour and asking that he informed me it was indeed ready, he was lovely and very apologetic, the rest of the team were also great - very friendly. The room was very cold in the night as was my colleagues so this also impacted on me getting a good nights sleep.

Room only had a single oil radiator to heat it. Some of the fittings were loose etc. No good lighting for my wife to apply makeup. Shower tray was very flimsy and was cracked. Some shouting outside our room at 8am on Sunday (not sure if staff or other guests)

We arrived early for booing in and were told to return at 2pm, when we did the staff asked if we had had an email as our room was no longer available. I checked and found that the hotel had sent one , which I received at 14:05 telling me the cancellation. To me this was totally inappropriate and the offer of another hotel did not suit our requirements as we had friends staying nearby and we had a booked event to be at for 5:30pm. One member of staff was very understanding and helpful and eventually found a room for us at the hotel and complimentary breakfast. However the room was acceptable but no way was it a deluxe double room, it was in the attic, with one small window, no chairs and to small for the cupboard door to open fully.

The location of the property and also the cost for a hotel within the area. From the photos we believed the deluxe suits to be a reasonable size and to contain two chairs within the room to relax and sit on. However this was not the case. The staff were very friendly and cheerful.

The fact that I paid £262 and the bathroom was tatty.

Not too bad, a little bit tatty in the toilet as the water from the shower rotted the bottom of the door frame. Apart from that it was ok, had a decent night sleep.

The cleanliness of towels as I found pieces of hair on my towel when I first arrived. There weren’t sugars, and water being replaced. The room also showed images on booking.com of what I had expected to stay in. However, the room I stayed in was far smaller. Which I did not appreciate.

The floor in the shower was downhill and almost collapsed. Felt like you could go through the shower. All the lights were not working, some of the lights were falling off the walls . Especially the bedside table lights were wonky because of the wiring .

Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff went into my carry on bag and stole some cash. That ruined the trip for me.

The major downside is there is no lift. It wore us out after a hot day in London. The bathroom was small and had a lot of mould. It clearly hasn't been cleaned properly for it to get like that in the first place. The aircon was ok but it wasn't very powerful. The fridge was warmer than our actual room so never used it! That needs looking at! The decor of the hotel is also in need of updating. The price we paid was pretty expensive for just 2 nights stay but we couldn't find anywhere else so we had to. We never had breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on it. I think it cost £19.95 each which is quite steep really so we went somewhere else.

The location of the hotel was excellent for a Hyde Park gig! We stayed in room 14 on the 3rd floor and it was a good size. Beds were so comfy! The aircon wasn't brilliant but it did it's job. The room was pretty quiet other than some traffic noise which is to be expected in London. I would stay here again if I could get the same room number! The staff were lovely and we even had a porter help us with our luggage on check in and check out.
