The location, however it was walking distance to our venue and shops just down the road so cant complain and no noise kept any of us awake🙂

Property is an end-terraced house and we had to pay £250 damage depoist after booking which is fine but wish we could have been made aware of this prior to booking. Some of the furnishings and fixtures do need some fixing: the kitchen cabinet doors are not attached properly, and neither is the ensuite door in the second bedroom. The second bedroom is also missing a television, which was definitely there at some point as the wall bracket is still there. Some of the walls could do with a touch-up of paint.

The Hot Tub was great, and the property had lots of room. On-street parking directly outside the property was useful and close to local shops and restaurants. You must check out the late night ice cream bar nearby! 15-20 drive to Manchester city centre, so the location is decent too.

Water was cold but it wasn’t the worst thing as it was quite warm on the day we booked.

All the rooms were nice and clean and well furnished! There are loads of food options nearby if you are looking to pop out for a meal/ takeout. Overall good for an overnight stay/ a short getaway.

We were a group of 10 but 1 of the beds were broke so 2 of us had to sleep on the sofa.

The property was really bad. Not cleaned,the sofa was in bad condition. We slept in the chair. Since it was too late we couldn’t book any hotel and we stayed there. Not recommended to anyone.

The property forget to add information to booking.com regarding not working hot tub , I try to cancel booking but they send me to booking.com , booking.com not allow to cancel booking. I feel scammed ….

Just to note there is 250 deposit required payable by bank transfer on the day of arrival and although not highlighted when first booking, we had no issues with it and got money back on day of departure.

It was absolutely spot on, we were a group of 6 (3 couples) Bedrooms were lovely, 2 had en suites.Towels and everything you could need were provided. Living area is ace, lit with LED lighting. Hot tub room was really good and an added bonus. Location wise it's brilliant, we to O2 Victoria Warehouse for a do and it was £10 each way for an Uber. Host was lovely and really helpful, we will definitely be back.

Stains on the couches, floors very slippy, locals hanging about outside the property at all hours and alarm woke us at 7am.

Hot tub building at the back was ok.

Jaccuzi was hot and easy to use. Even had a flatscreen to watch Netflix and play music while in jaccuzi.

Best AP in manny. Highly recommend. Staff were great. Can’t go wrong with this one.

It met our expectations

Apartment was in a very good condition clean, smelling fresh and tidy we felt like home. The indoor hot tub was amazing. The rooms are good size all with new bedding and upto date. Communication with Joanna for enquiries was so thorough lovely lady to speak to. The temperatures dropped to -2 in the night however heating was on throughout which made the apartment so cosy. A day before our arrival we came across a negative review despite reading so many positive ones made us very anxious about our stay it wasn't something we wanted to read a day before our travel however after communicating with joanna who put us at ease. The apartment did not have any cokroaches,infact apartment was very clean there was plenty of parking on the street and our deposit of 250 was refunded back into our account on the day of our departure. I would definitely recommend this apartment whoever is thinking to book it you will not be disappointed for sure. Amenities are all closeby. Hopefully will be booking again

the property isn’t stated how it is. There’s no “private car park” it’s a street. There’s cockroaches and damp in this place and when you pay the deposit the landlord claims you have parties just to not pay for it. Absolutely disgusting.

hot tub is the only thing good about this.
