No AC. It was unseasonably warm we stayed there and as a result the rooms were also quite warm. There were no fans in the flat to move air around.

The flat was clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern. The kitchen was nicely equipped. It was a 10 minute walk or less to the train station, Windsor castle, a grocery store and pharmacy, and many dining options.

Lovely and spacious apartment. We were impressed how clean it was. Everything was perfect even small touches like good quality toiletries and a welcome pack showed how caring the host was. We will definitely stay with Lawsons' again.

Clearer instructions are needed for the location of the key in the apartment. Only a few coffee sachets available. Luckily we had brought our own.

The location was fabulous easy access to the village and a short walk away from the castle. The village has quite an eclectic mix of shops, eateries and bars. We would recommend the long walk bar and Grill on a Saturday night they have a live singer and the atmosphere is amazing. We also enjoyed the paper and at a bar on the Main Street. The House of Windsor gift shop is exceptional and staff so friendly. The only thing I would definitely advise, is to pre-book your parking space at the guest apartment; as we didn’t and found it quite costly and stressful. We loved our stay in Windsor and will definitely return next year.

Considering how much we paid for our two-night stay, we were disappointed that we couldn't access UK television channels in the usual way, but had to go through the various catch-up services online. We figured it out, though I think it would be reasonable for the management to provide a quick guide to the television for guests. The bed frame has sharp corners and I accidentally took a gouge out of my shin, so be careful.

The apartment was in immaculate condition and perfectly clean. The furnishings are stylish and overall comfortable, but the sofa could do with being more cosy. The bathroom is lovely. The bed is very firm, but ours is at home so we were happy with that. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. It's very close to the castle, but tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle so we were not disturbed by noise. We ate out whilst in Windsor, but the kitchen is well enough equipped if we did want to cook.

Really hard mattress, but that's a personal taste I suppose. No instructions on how to work TV, could be quite complicated to lots. However, host was quick to respond to my query and helpful.
