Jules and Tony were fabulous hosts! I stayed with my mum. The B&B is a real home from home with lots of really nice touches. Eg, an honesty bar in the little foyer with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was really tasty, lots of choice. The whole house was spotless! This is their first season at Southlands and we're looking forward to seeing it when they've completed all of their refurb plans. Would 100% recommend!

Breakfast was outstanding, hosts Julie's and Tony couldn't have been more welcoming. Room was lovely and clean and just a short walk from pubs and restaurants. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Good Location, Great Hosts Jules & Tony, who were very Kind and sympathetic towards my Wife,( who’s got a bad back), and when they found out it was my Birthday, kindly brought us a drink and piece of Cake. Breakfast was lovely.

We liked everything

The hosts were so welcoming. The fact that the property was about a 10 min walk from town made for a quiet peaceful space away from the HUGE crowds in the center of the village.

The only thing I would say, and it's not a deal breaker, but I think the rooms on the front need curtains.

We lived our stay. The location was fab. The room was clean, homely and welcoming. The hosts were so lovely and the breakfast was amazing

Jules and Tony were exceptional and gracious hosts. The traditional English breakfast was the best we had experienced in the UK. A special thank you to Jules who truly puts her heart and soul into providing care and attention to her guests. The location from old town Bourton was close enough to enjoy a lovely walk with your special loved one, my husband. Thank you again for your royal treatment. Cheers.

One tiny issue with height of twin bed which we mentioned. Higher than used to but once found the best route on it was fine.

Jules and Tony were excellent hosts from arrival to departure. Welcomed with tea and homemade cake, you felt part of the family. Their friendliness carried on through breakfast, where all guests quickly interacted with each other, catching up on where we’d been and suggesting ideas for visits and local restaurants. Good location with on site parking, a bonus in Bourton but be prepared for about a 10-15 minute into the centre of the village along narrow footpath. Twin bedroom comfortable, cosy with good quality pillows and linen. Well stocked tray with good selection of beverages including bottled water and biscuits. Shower room clean, larger than average fluffy bath towels with hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Everything was perfect!

The location of the property is ideal, as it is walking distance from Bourton on the water (my favorite village in the area). The room was very nice, spacious, super clean, and with an amazing view to the garden. We woke up with a view and the sound of birds singing! Most importantly Jules and Tony were excellent hosts, which really made the whole experience unforgettable. They were very welcoming, caring, happy to chat and share information for nice walks and villages to visit in the area. The highlight was the delicious cake that they gave us upon arrival (it was dreamy); while they even shared with us recipes for other cakes they would recommend😊 highly recommend this place!

Tony and Jules were excellent hosts the accommodation was excellent the rooms were spacious an d the breakfast was out of this world .it was truly an amazing 2 days to stop there.
