Breakfast wasn't so much 'included' there's just some things in the fridge and you can help yourself but we didn't bother. Looked clean enough.

Room was very spacious and clean, great view of the Jota mural from window. Bathroom was clean too.

Bring plenty of food and snacks with you as there aren't many shops around, the shops close early around the stadium.

Anfield stadium is on the same road as the accommodation which is great if you are up for watching a game of football, stadium tour or any other available stadium events going on. There are plenty of buses available if you want to travel into the city which is only a couple of miles down the road. You can walk into the city which may take you just over an hour if you are a slow walker like me.

Like all other previous reviews, noise can be an issue but it all depends on the people who happen to be there... We were respectful and tried our best not to disturb other guests... But not everyone is so considerate... So it is a matter of luck!

Daniel was a great host attentive and responsive to any queries. The location was great just a short walk from Anfield... We visited for the celebrations of the PL so it was very convenient. The room was exactly like the picture and there was a good level of cleanliness. The place can do with a refurbishment but the room we booked was identical as the pictures so we were conscious about our choice which was very limited at the time of booking due to the PL celebrations.

It would have been good if the TV had have worked. And the walls are quite thin, could hear the ones in next room talking but I wouldnt make a big fuss over things like that myself

Location was ideal for me as a Liverpool FC supporter, not even a 5 minute from the ground, so I would definately stay here again for this alone! Communication from the owner was friendly and quick enough responses Didn't really like the idea of a shared shower but the bathroom was modern, spotless and well maintained + the shower itself was very good! Nice pressure and temperature!

Lovely big room, clean shared toilets and shower room. Big selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolates in the room. Mattress and pillows are very comfortable and had a lovely sleep. Free breakfast was available in the kitchen. I didn't have it, so I don't know what was available. Windows need cleaning though. Overall enjoyable stay

The owner was very helpful with all queries I had. And answered any of my messages. The place was pretty clean however the shower pressure wasn't very good and can be noisey hearing people walk past to go to the toilet all night. A couple of pillows offered per person would also be nice. (I'm glad I bought one from home) and maybe a couple of bottles of water kept in the fridge in the room. I also wasn't aware of what number room we were staying in, I had to ask the owner on the night which room it was, so it would be helpful if this was made aware to each person when booking considering there is no one there to grest you like there would be in a hotel.

A bit pricey considering you have to make your own brekkie and the times of 5pm-10am but wouldn’t actually put me off considering staying again

We couldn't find the parking permit, the main light in the bedroom wasn't working, and the normal TV wasn't working. The blinds couldn't be adjusted/opened or closed.

Good location, clean rooms, bathroom and toilet. It was great to find two rooms in one building (and in one booking). Parking available right in front (not a match day), easy check in and check out, wifi working (using the details shared with the check in information), fridge working and communication with host quite smooth.

No heating for rest of the time we were there except mornings for half an hour. No sugar but plenty of coffee. Bathroom could do with toothbrush holders(plastic cup). Neighbours very noisy and smoking in the building. We asked them to stop.

No breakfast at all. Location was good just near Anfield.

- Noise from neighbours. - Instruction to get in was not communicated to me before I explicitly asked for it on text, booking website, and phone at 7pm of my check-in day. - It is certainly not "spacious". - A hook/hanger or sth to hang a coat is necessary, no?

Unfortunately, I could barely sleep at all. Not the property's fault but people staying in room 1, which was wall to wall with mine, were very noisy and inconsiderate. I did not mind their baby crying from time to time. What was really uncalled for was their loud hands free calls from 4 in the morning, and their dragging of god knows what along the floor / wall. I asked them to be quiet some five or six times between 4 and 6am, at which time it was obvious I'd not get any more sleep, since they simply ignored me. Walls are thin, so if you're unlucky enough to be next to these people (I don't know if they were guests or longer term residents) you won't be able to sleep.

My room was indeed spacious, and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and had plenty of toiletries. Location is excellent for Anfield. You're just a couple of minutes away from the stadium on foot. I got all the check in info in good time, and it was straightforward. WiFi worked fine too.

Poor communication on arrival. Took 1 hour to get into room. Only got into building as someone let us in. When the information arrived it was clear but it was a long time after our agreed arrival time.

Clean, spacious rooms and good shower/toilets with great hot water. Basic breakfast, but at this price the breakfast is a good bonus.

The oven didn't work and needed more cleaning products (sponges and cloths) for cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen.

The bedroom was very spacious, big tv and large comfy bed. A little table and 2 chairs, a fridge and a kettle. Also very convenient that there were 2 toilets so no issues sharing bathroom with other guests. Also didn't hear any noise from other guests (baby in the room above) as the room was so big with high ceilings.
