Exceptionally well equipped kitchen with everything we needed and more. The lounge was very comfortable and we loved the conservatory and outdoor terrace seating. Great location with plenty of amenities nearby, we had a lovely meal from the Chinese takeaway a few doors down.

For awareness - there is no parking associated with the flat - but there is a free carpark across the road beside Spar where you can park overnight. The flat is enclosed around the back of the buildings so there is no 'view' as such from the front seats. Some of the rooms are naturally dark (although there is lots of lighting so that is not a problem)

The rooms are large with a pleasant inside/outside 'conservatory' space and separate outside seating on the access lane (the layout of rooms is eccentric but not inconvenient). The living room in particular is very large and stylishly decorated/furnished. The kitchen is very well provisioned and the wifi strong and reliable. The windows keep outside sound low (we didn't notice any road noise).

Everything was perfect

Beautiful quirky property. Spotlessly clean. Everything that we needed (& more!). Toasty warm. Comfortable. Loads of character...photos really do not do it justice! Ideal location in the middle of town. Large Spar over the road, first class chippy down the road, and a brilliant Chinese takeaway next door, along with a couple of pubs and a handful of interesting small shops Llanfyllin is a small town that has loads of character and history. Our first stay in an air b&b and I don’t think you’ll get much better than this. Wonderful home full of character and lovely homely touches .Everything was spotlessly clean, we really enjoyed our stay here.

I liked all. I would just suggest to add a picture of the main gate to the stables onto the property listing to find the property even easier.

Judy and Michael were helpful in informing us about means of transportation to arrive at the accommodation. We accepted their offer to pick us up at Welshpool train station. Upon arrival, we quickly fell in love with the spacious apartment and the comfort it offers. Evenings were well spent in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils. Accommodation is located at the heart of the village. One can find all the necessary shops at walking distance. We will visit again in the future.

This isn't a complaint! The shower was a little quirky! It worked perfectly, nothing wrong really, but unusual, small, and a seat if you need it.

Everything we needed was there. Bed was very comfortable. My son decided to join us at the last minute and the hosts sorted extra bedding for the sofa bed, no problem. Our dog was very happy. location was great, close to pubs, food and shops. Plenty of parking nearby and space to exercise the dog.

Everything ! On walking in and seeing the quality of the decor and how spacious it was and I wish we could score it even higher on the cleanliness, absolutely everything was supplied for us, it was exceptional, and without doubt the best place we have ever stayed in

Everything was great

Based in the heart of the village with 1 minute walk to local shops. Hosts very kind and helpful. Will be back for sure some time in the future and can recommend to everyone who likes and enjoys nice and quiet rural areas.
