The advertised sofa bed was not a sofa bed it was just a sofa plus there was no instructions for how to use the heating and had to get in contact for the WiFi code. They should have some paper printed with instructions on how to use the heating and the WiFi code etc plus check in wasn’t the smoothest had to go to a shop to pick up a key and then when got to the apartment had to wait outside and was told to transfer them £70 deposit before we got the code for the actual room once transferred still had to wait about 25mins for them to actually reply with the key code after multiple attempts to call them plus when checking out there was no instructions on where to leave the keys which again could have just been put on a bit of paper in the apartment they did contact us about check out process but we had already left

Very spacious and was very good location decorated very nicely and modern had everything you need for a stay in London was also clean and tidy. The bed in the room was large and comfortable and the surrounding area was surprisingly quiet

We didn’t find the flat very clean and we didn’t feel at ease staying in someone else’s flat, with all their belongings still there. Check in wasn’t straightforward.

Convenient location in walking distance from Kings Cross. Spacious flat, big bed. Good communication from owner. Deposit refunded the day we left the flat.

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for relaxation and unwinding. The easy access to transportation made exploring and make it so easy to get around town. One of the highlights of my stay was the bed - it was unbelievably cosy and comfortable. It truly felt like a lovely area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.One of the best parts about this property is the sense of homeliness it provides.

an additional deposit was requested on arrival in cash, which is unusual for Booking.com. As i was concerned about this, i paid electronically, so that there was a record of the transaction. Unsurprisingly, i have not yet received my deposit back and will take action via booking.com

The location was very good, check in was very smooth. The apartment is just like it is in the picture, very clean. Definitely worth the price I paid. The staff was very nice and she also provided cereal for breakfast which is not included in the booking.

Terrible Experience - Unable to Check-In, Unresponsive Staff I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a stay at an apartment that turned out to be a complete disappointment. From the moment we booked the hotel can didn’t hear back about any check in information, it became clear that we were in for a nightmare. According to their website, check-in was only allowed between 12pm and 2 pm. I understand the need for specific check-in hours, but this time frame was utterly unreasonable for travelers. We tried to tell them we will need to check in later around 4pm, but they never replied us what to do next… To our dismay, the apartment complex was completely unresponsive. We tried calling multiple times, but our calls went unanswered. We even sent several emails in advance to confirm our arrival, but received no reply. It felt as if we were shouting into a void, desperately seeking any form of assistance or acknowledgment. Hours passed, and we found ourselves stranded with our luggage, growing increasingly frustrated and exhausted. The lack of communication from the staff left us feeling helpless and abandoned. It was clear that they had no regard for the convenience and well-being of their guests. After spending several hours waiting in vain, we were left with no choice but to seek alternative accommodations. The stress and inconvenience caused by this ordeal were unimaginable. We had meticulously planned our trip, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay, only to be met with complete disregard for our booking and the utter failure of the management to fulfill their responsibilities. Not only did this experience waste our time and energy, but it also tarnished our overall impression of the apartment. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior from a hospitality establishment that claims to prioritize guest satisfaction.
