Very comfortable beds. Immaculate bathroom very modern style. Carrot cake welcome. Extremely welcoming and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble . Special breakfast, quality produce. I highly rate this place

beautifully presented. it was spotlessly clean. Our room was perfect. it was so quiet at night, which is not what we are used to! perfectly situated for out excursions into Beer, Seaton and Axmouth. the breakfast in the morning was amazing. you could taste the quality of the food. it was the best full English I have had in many many years. our needs were catered for at every step. there were lovely touches in the room, like some cake and plenty of tea/coffee supplies, fresh water, fresh milk in a proper glass bottle!! could not fault it. Jane and Carl made the perfect hosts. they were welcoming and accommodating to any needs we had. nothing was too much trouble. Jane is an amazing cook-compliments to the chef!

Nothing really, possibly the only thing I didn't realise was that it was set on a main ( ish) road but because we had a back bedroom we didn't hear the traffic.

A lovely relaxing stay with wonderful hosts & a clean & comfortable little twin room. The bathroom was particularly spacious & pleasing & the breakfast wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble & the extra touches of offered bathrobe & slippers was lovely. The homemade jams & pickles are a must to buy!

Our hosts were very friendly,and the room was immaculate in every aspect. This property is well placed to access surrounding villages and towns as well as the coast within a short distance.

Not being able to contact the seperate bedroom. It was advised that the entrance would differ after a certain time however when I used that entrance there was no way to contact the upstairs room. My family had not connected to WiFi. Just something to note for other groups staying together. We didn't have a problem with seperation however not being able to access them through the other entrance was difficult. Perhaps a specific experience that might not be experienced by other groups

Jayne and Carl were friendly, welcoming hosts. The decor was elegant and we appreciated all of the finishing touches. The bed was very comfortable and the room was bright and spacious. Gorgeous bathroom which was spotless. A quintessential, charming English farm house with beautiful land. Breakfast was delicious; loved that the apple juice was pressed on site and the eggs were from hens on their farm. I stayed with a friend but would love to return with my husband.
