As I love the property there was little I did not like about it. The only problem with the town is although the bus station is very near it is not manned and there does not appear to any buses down to the beach and town.

Lovely large comfortable room, comfy bed and with a beautiful modern bathroom. Right near the bus station and a supermarket. I came by rail, the station was either a short walk or a quick bus ride to the bus station. The town and sea was not too far with the walk was down the hill. Attractions and shopping area were sign posted. Although the walk back was a bit steep.

Only gripe was our room burlesque door handle and lock was difficult to get into as handle was loose

The immediate isn’t particularly scenic and on relatively busy road but incredibly close to sea front and town centre so definitely worth it

An excellent room, clean well furnishes and supplied. Plenty of storage, very good bathroom. Location is perfect for the town and close to all supermarkets Host was super helpful 🙏 Parkings spot on (it’s the car park that says private solicitors).

A warm welcome by the host. Spacious rooms and tastefully decorated. Very clean, plenty of tea and coffee available. Comfy bed and a nicely presented bathroom.

The only thing that I didn't like was not the stays fault, it was seagull noise. I'm a light sleeper so didn't sleep brilliant had to keep my earbuds in to listen to something.

The staff were friendly and helpful from when we arrived. Checked in, very nice room, went for an afternoon out on a lovely walk, came back and had meal downstairs in the restaurant which was fully booked but they squeezed us in.

We were unaware that we would not be able to have breakfast at the restaurant as it was closed, however we had great recommendations on where to eat from the Luca.

The location is fantastic! The room was beautiful and cosy, and great for the price too! The bed was super comfortable, which is always a plus!

Not their fault, but the traffic is a bit loud. And then road works started too! Hah! The WiFi connection was also a bit poor when it came to using Netflix.

The hotel greeting was amazing. They immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable and safe. The room was gorgeous. Great bath. Great strong shower. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked amazing. A ten minute walk to the beach / coast walk.

Bathroom was compact the floor needed some attention when you walked in near the bathroom door because of floor tiles and floor level. Breakfast was not in with the price of the room.

We have paid extra £30 to stay in bigger room which is well overpriced compared to the other rooms. We actually wanted to swap to the smaller one as our room is by the main road (opposite sainsburry) and it was rather noisy at all times but it was fully booked. You cant open the windows as it gets even noiser which meant it was quite hot in the room. We felt there was no need to be charged the £30 extra for that as the rooms had excatly the same facillities and not on the main road. Also I understood this is a family run business so was expecting slightly more warmer welcome. it was my husbands birthday that which I mentioned but unfortunatelly our stay not made him special at all.

Place is very modern and clean. Location is central and free parking on the site if there is a space. It was nice to be able to use the garden in the morning.
