Showers were difficult to use. You had to find the fine margin. Otherwise, it was constantly hot water. The manager was aware of the issue and was in the process of resolving the issues.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Basic rooms, which is what we require and reasonably priced.

Noise and smell of hash

The room ect was good. Just lots of noise drunks at night coming in hotel. We don’t smoke and the hotel lobby smells of. Hash.

The first impression was very good the guy on reception was warm and welcoming paid £50 deposit cash got the remote for tv and Wi-Fi password no problems,very pleasantly surprised with the room all very clean and tidy the bed and linen were perfect definitely be visiting again for a cheap and cheerful break. Ps the church at the top of the road charges £7 for 24hours parking.

Room was boiling hot, radiator was on full when we got there. Opened the window and turned radiator off whilst we went out, didn't make a difference when we got back, leading to a sleepless night due to the heat. Hot water on shower did not work either.

Some of the staff was a little rude, we had one member of staff bang on our window at 3:30 waking me and the kids up asking me to let him back into the hotel as he was locked out.

No parking we booked this hotel as it states it has parking but there was none. 50 cash deposit seems a bit steep No hot water in the morning WiFi doesn't work No plugs for sink and the wodrobe was broken Ok for a 1 nights stay tho.

Such a big deal about the security deposit that took up such a big chunk of the check in. Totally understand the reason for it, but we were made to feel the whole purpose of our stay was to wreck the place. Room was very hot overnight and no hot water in the morning.

My only gripe was having to pay a damage deposit...only because it could cause a delay when checking out if the hotel is ever busy...

My room was warm and clean with lots of hot water..the staff were polite..but just like lots of other hotels, it really needs investment but in my opinion and for what i paid this hotel was very good value for money..I would definitely return...

The price of the cans of beer at 4 pounds very expensive as you can get 18 for 14pounds at a supermarket

No parking, told to park opposite and the man who owns the drive will be there to pay, nobody was there, had to drive about to find some overnight parking for 2 nights which resulted in a further £28 to pull out

The £50 cash payment on arrival that I wasn’t aware of. The checking of the room before and after my stay, not all guests are the same but we were treated as if we were going to wreck their hotel room. There’s no restaurant at the hotel, but we were not allowed to bring our own food. It’s ok, clean enough for blackpool standards. Wouldn’t stay more than one night.

Good location good value for money you get what you pay for beds comfy and I thought the staff we met were very friendly shout out to tam who takes over at night I enjoyed a wee bleather with him and would do anything to help you out 2nd time staying here and we will definitely use again all the best for 2024
