Flush in the bathroom didn’t work so we were forced to use only one toilet for 6 adults The apartment is in an alley of the main road so garbage collects on the street in the evenings and on weekends.

This perfectly situated little house is a true gem. It's warm and cosy with excellent kitchen facilities and a nice layout. Very tasteful highquality furniture and appliances. Furthermore, everything was spotless. Toiletries and some basic stuff like olive oil, salt, pepper as well as dishsoap etc are on site. Bonus: there is a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine and ironing equipment, just in case.

The property is very modern and in immaculate conditions. Everything was clean and nicely set-up. It is very spacious, we were 4 adults and 2 kids and felt we had plenty of room. The kitchen is very modern and came in handy with kids.

Entrance is on a dimly lit narrow street that's not the cleanest. Garbage trucks and other activities on the street were very loud.

An absolute hidden gem right in the heart of Edinburgh! So happy with the accomodation, and it was perfect for our family. Modern, spacious and all the amenities we needed.

The upstairs toilet didn’t work well, the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut, needs adjusting Pillows need protectors on and when I stripped the bed the mattress topper was stained on both beds

The lack of parking was an issue and the property was located down a dark back street which was a little scary and noisy at night and definitely at odds with the interior of the apartment which was clean and welcoming.

It was a very good, central location and the property, once inside, was beautiful and clean with good facilities.

There was really anything we didn’t like. If I had to put something the upstairs toilet doesn’t flush very well but that didn’t spoil anything about our stay 😊

Would have loved a few extra blankets, it was quite cold! The kitchen table was crooked, which hopefully will be fixed for the next guest

Actual alleyway is a lil dark and dingy but once you are out on the Main Street the location is unbeatable. View of the castle is stunning. Beds were comfy, shower was great with a rain head. Kitchen was fitted with basics; kettle glasses, etc.

Fantastic central location and a really lovely, well equipped apartment. We loved it. High quality furnishing, modern, bright, clean and comfortable. Lots of nice touches with the tea, coffe, biscuits and fab products. Great sofa bed too, very comfortable.

The location of the property is ideal for exploring Edinburgh. Very clean with comfy beds and the edition of a garden in central Edinburgh was a great bonus too.
