Excellent location for Castle and Cathedral only a short walk into Arundel. Minor issue with WiFi, but was promptly sorted by staff/host. Parking for two vehicles.

It’s not exactly in Arundel centre. A good 15 minute walk away. The view of the cathedral is a long way away. We were two couples and our friends said their bed wasn’t terribly comfortable

Very well equipped. Great communication. Very clean. Warm once we worked out the heating. The main bedroom with en-suite had a really good bed. It was a very nice house to stay and would be perfect for a family with young children as lots of toys to play with.

Single glazed Back door to conservatory area very difficult to close. When it rains gutters overflow looks like they need clearing as plants appear to be growing in gutter causing overflow causing constant pound on conservatory area when it rains No complaints internally comfortable and well maintained

Spacious, well equipped home, views of the Cathedral, good location, town 10 mins walk, coast 10 min drive, Host helpful and responds quickly.

House is lovely and great, spacious, nice view of the cathedral. , squeaky floors :) but not a trouble. Everything , we even extended our stay.

Not enough comfy seating and the towels were so small, it would have been nice to have big, fluffy towels, they were all old and mis-matched ones, also new pillows as they were stained, we wouldn’t have noticed if we didn’t have to take the bedding off.

Lovely Town House with a great view of the Cathedral and enough room for the 6 of us but could have done with more comfortable chairs downstairs as there was only one corner sofa. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a double oven but we found one to take so long to cook the food. Overall, a lovely place to stay and not too far to walk into Arundel centre.

Lovely house, in a great spot. Just what we needed for an overnight with 2 little ones. The boys loved all the stairs and exploring all the rooms. The toys were a fantastic extra bonus, they loved playing with them and looking at the horses in the field. The house had everything you would need, brilliant. Thank you so much!

The mid landing bathroom light switch hidden in amongst books but just involved a hunt the switch game. Could do with a non slip mat in the shower.

Super property for mixed family group. We loved all the bathrooms and bedroom.options along with good communal space and a quiet seperate siting room for our 93 year old active mum. Walk to arundel christmas market was easy and we indulged in art galleries and studios and makers selling beautiful items, bookshops, beautiful buildings. Really ideal for us. If you want eat at the fab italien make sure you book ahead for big groups

The accommodation was chilly on arrival ( 14.5°C ) and took a while to heat up, but this did not affect us enjoying our stay.

Location was perfect for our needs and ease of walking to Arundel town centre. The accommodation is extensive.

Did have a problem issue with the hot water and heating on arrival but promptly resolved the next day after contacting the host. Parking could be a bit tight but not really an issue.

Great location nice view of the cathedral . Facilities were excellent , especially for a family. walking distance of Arundel and nice quiet location . Host very responsive when contacted.

Absolutely wonderful! The property is huge, very spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, lots of toys and things to keep kids busy, had everything we needed, nice outside area which we unfortunately didn’t get to use because the weather wasn’t great, lovely views, staff we lovely and were available if we needed anything. Would happily move in today! Location is great too, parking available outside

Very spacious and well equipped. Warm and welcoming, and well located. Slightly out of the centre, but an easy walk along the river. Exceptionally clean, and very accommodating host, who replied promptly to our messages, and was very helpful.
