The couple who owned it were very kind and helpful as I was riding RideLondonEssex. They were very accommodating, welcoming and friendly. It’s in an amazing location too, right by some of the city’s theatres. Local restaurants around too. Would thoroughly recommend staying here and would book again!

Coffee making facilities; there was a Nespresso machine which is great if you like that sort of coffee (which we didn't, especially first thing in morning.) Would have preferred a little kettle to make a regular coffee. Pillows could have been a little firmer / or option to add another one? No hand towels in bathroom ( not a major issue as the bath towels were huge so we managed fine) Shower pressure was not that great - but again we managed perfectly well.

Location of the property was excellent for closeness to Covent Garden. I Was very pleased with the room it was spotlessly clean and beautiful large fluffy towels in bathroom. Bed was comfy ( pillows a little too flat for my liking though but that's just personal preference) Filip and his wife were so lovely and helpful even before arrival. Filip had answered my messages very promptly and he messaged me before arrival with instructions for entering the property. Once we arrived he was such a lovely man and he and his wife were friendly and helpful, whilst not being intrusive. We were able to leave our luggage with them until fairly late on checkout day which was a huge help for us and most appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property for a value, no frills place to stay in a great part of London.

Filip and Christine are wonderful hosts. The room was huge with it's own bathroom. I had the best nights sleep of any stay in London. It was so quiet.

We went in a very cold spell in London and the room was consequently slightly cold. The bathroom was very cold and could do with getting its heater fixed. otherwise highly recommend.

The stay met my expectations.

Breakfast was not available, but they did offer tea and coffee on arrival. The room is at the back of the property which was very quiet. Having lots of space in the room with an en suite bathroom was very good. There was a lot of storage space which I did not need, but for someone else could be great. WiFi was available. The room is part of the flat which I had my own key for. The flat is on the top floor, which there was a lift available.
