Room too small for any easy chairs and no communal lounge so had to sit on beds

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Good ensuite. Excellent continental breakfast. Very quiet situation and no plane noise though very close to Gatwick. Very reasonably priced.

There was no hand towel in the bathroom. The bath towels were very thin. The bathroom extractor fan didn't work.

Great location for Gatwick. Purple parking 6 minutes drive away. Really nice hosts. Easy and convenient check in and check out times. Within walking distance of two pubs for food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again for a night before a morning flight out of Gatwick. Tea and coffee making facilities were a nice extra.

The basin in the bathroom was extremely small for washing and cleaning teeth and there was only just enough room to fill the tiny travel kettle with water for a cup of tea. We knocked on the door when we left in the morning to ask for directions to the nearest petrol station but got no response from the owners.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view of the garden. We only stayed one night, as a 'stop over' between arriving back at Gatwick following a cruise and a long 5 hour drive home. We arrived late and left in the morning so we didn't avail ourselves of the continental breakfast that was offered (for an additional cost). Overall, value for money, very good.

Great place to stay with a very easy drive to Gatwick. Well furnished room, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Safe parking on the drive. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Downside of ground floor room was recurrently disturbing noise from upstairs for 3 hours after 1430 as guests getting ready for a flight at nearby Gatwick airport

The floorboards in the room above were very creeky and was initially kept awake while the other occupants were sortring themselves out. fortunatly i had packed ear plugs.

Easy to find and great location for Gatwick airport. There was no extra charge for paking unlike some other places I had looked at. The room was as expected, clean and comfortable.

Lack of decent street lighting leading up to the property, but that does not reflect on the property at all. It's just where it's located could do with some street lighting.

It was difficult to find the place given the directions on the Booking.com site. Unfortunately Gatwick is a hell of a drive from London in peak hour traffic ( about 2 hours)

Beautiful convenient location to Gatwick airport. Unfortunately couldn’t see much as it was dark and we gad to leave very early the next morning.

I booked this location because of their advertised breakfast in the garden. The gate to the garden was chained and padlocked. The breakfast in the garden was discontinued. It was served in our very small room on an even smaller table (wall shelf) with view of the white wall. Bathroom was also small but both room and bathroom are adequate for short stay.
