Continental breakfast. No cooked breakfast available-not even boiled eggs. Shower is awful. Tiny little cubicle and a Mira shower that was as weak as......

    Excellent staff and great location.

Breakfast was a bit boring not much variety. Water wasn't very hot for tea. Could have had some quiet background music in dining room.

Close to the town. Very quiet. Very pleasant room.

Miserable breakfast worker, would have been nice to have had a greeting and a smile. Room 2 needs a blackout blind or blackout linings to the curtains

Great central location, very clean, great housekeeping, room really well appointed, great layout, enough storage. Beds were really comfy. Very quiet location. Purchased a parking permit so could park on the actual street outside at a good price. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice. Rooms were so warm we turned the heating off

The bathroom in the room, had see-through glass door. We travelled as friends and you could see straight in. So privacy in those regards were low. The bathroom was quite small and the shower could’ve been a squeeze if you were slightly large. The second thing - breakfast included is great. Told it was a continental breakfast. There was mostly cereal, 2 kinds of pastries and 1 section of ham and 1 section of cheese. Throughout your breakfast you were watched by a staff member, which was a little uncomfortable as the space was not the biggest. If I had to pay extra for the breakfast I would have been very disappointed. In my opinion, these are the only 2 issues.

So close to everything. Very local, quiet and car parking near by. Clean and tidy. Staff were lovely, very accommodating- as we had a lot of luggage we were given the ground floor room. It was really great.

Perfect for a one-night stay in the town. Everything is walking distance, room was spotlessly clean.

You have to bear in mind this is not a big fancy hotel with all the shiny facilities, but it was perfect and cost-sensible for my one-night stay in the town. I would have loved to have a bath in the room rather than just a shower and my room window had no view, but again, this is a town-house and probably not much that can be done about this. I couldn't find a phone in the room to call reception, but again not that big a deal.

The hotel is in great location - just a few minutes walk away from the high street. Everything is walking distance. The room was super spacious considering the price, and the bed was also big and comfortable. Everything seemed spotlessly cleaned. I also liked the eco friendly toiletries. Breakfast room overlooks a garden, which is a very peaceful sight while preparing for the day. Breakfast is continental (so no hot food), but provided all the necessary items - yogurts, pastries, fruit, ham and cheese, and good selection of breakfast cereals. The staff was super helpful with taxi arrangements and even arranging a post-office parcel shipment for me.

The property is beautiful, we have our own sets of keys to the front door and they provide lovely breakfast and the room is clean and comfortable. The property is accessible to town, literally 5 mins away and 7 mins walk away to the hospital. Jess and Anka are lovely, they made my stay special. It’s like having a new friend they treat you like family. Making sure everything is okay. Five star!

Porter available 24/7, very handy as my train got into Cheltenham very late. Room was very simple (but that's what I paid for), still perfectly nice to have a quick bite to eat in, coffee + tea on offer. Very quiet area as well.

We booked a superior double, which contained a very large bed. The bed was also exceptionally high as well as being wide. So much so, we changed rooms so we could actually get in and out, safely. Short people should avoid room six! The alternative room was not a superior and the bathroom and shower were very restrictive. The shower pressure was just adequate and it was impossible to direct the flow where it was required.

The team were welcoming, friendly, helpful and informative. The location was excellent; a ten to fifteen minute walk to all the places we wanted to go in Cheltenham centre. The breakfast room is light and airy and opens out onto a pleasant garden. Ideal in the summer.
