Everything! A large group of our family and friends stayed at The Rodney the night before mine and my husbands wedding and Dan and John were absolutely incredible. They were so helpful from start to finish, being so welcoming on our arrival, allowing us to store some of our things at the hotel, and coordinating our evening meal seamlessly. They are brilliant hotel managers! The hotel itself is just wonderful; set in a such beautiful location, and decorated so tastefully and 'quirkily'. The dinner was delicious and breakfast was amazing. We can't wait to come back again!

The manager (we think!) he was very degrading to young members of staff who were trying their best. Standing around giving orders but not leading by example and showing them how it’s done. Summer was lovely and helpful. Very disorganised breakfast, no menu, only full English or veggie English on offer…asked for scrambled eggs instead just got a small ramekin full, no toast…toasted my own using a toaster which I had to put on a chair to reach a plug! Heard comments to another table stating that the chef doesn’t do poached eggs!

Breakfast procedure not explained i.e not told where the juice, cereal and toast were. Had to ask for a second cup of coffee. Paving slab loose outside chalet approach...needs re cementing. Terrace lighting to chalets a bit dim...tripped up the first step in the dark

First class, as always! It's the only hotel we return to, again and again! The location is perfect for us (lovely countryside but still only a few miles to Worcester city centre). There is always a friendly face to greet you, and the staff are very helpful. Plenty of parking outside and a choice of rooms within the main building or the garden rooms (like a lodge). There's plenty of space in the King rooms and they have everything you need. I sleep like a log when we visit The Rodney - even better than at home! No problems with the Wifi or TV, unlike some other hotels. The food is ALWAYS outstanding - especially the sausages. What more can I say - it's just perfect :)

Very efficient check in, we were in a rush and met by a very helpful and polite landlord. The room was spacious for me and my two children and very clean, comfortable beds and nice dark curtains. Breakfast was great! Would stay again when in the area.

Good location for a stopover on our way down to Somerset. Fantastic, comfortable room with everything we needed including a dog bed and bowl. Lovely pub and staff that made us and our dogs feel welcome. Would definitely stay again.

Minor things but some items to consider... Pillows were a little flat and lumpy, could do with some new ones. The steak pie was not very warm but it was fine with the piping hot gravy poured on it but I did hear the table next to us sending theirs back as it was cold. Breakfast was very nice but two items listed on the Full English choice we missing, they had been substituted by other items but we weren't told until it arrived. Had we known we may have made a different choice. What we did get was very well cooked though.

Nice big room, nicely furnished and decorated. Staff were very accommodating with regards to securely storing the two bicycle we had with us. Evening meal was excellent.

It's hard to be too critical; the space was comfortable. The bedding was very warm probably due to the choice of duvets provided. A little bit more coordination around how breakfast worked would have been handy, with a few more glasses available for juice, or bowls etc. for cereals. But this is really nitpicking - the fresh food was of an extremely high quality and I'd go back in a hearbeat.

Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the area and made a handy stop on our journey north - and a welcome alternative to the usual chains!
