Nice room but sadly didn't get much sleep:(

A bit noisy...doors banging shut whenever guests went in and out, people above walking about so could hear floorboards creaking and also them talking. Sadly didn't get to sleep until late until everyone was in bed!:-( The bath had a crack on the side and also bathroom wall had a large cobweb and dead spider trailing down. Kettle was placed away from the coffee/teas etc near the window which should have all been put together. Although room had a TV we couldn't get most of the stations due to poor signal:( I personally think it was a bit over priced for what we got! Also couldnt see where to find the free WiFi password so had to use my own data;(

The room was nicely decorated and bed comfortable. Nice size bathroom with a large bath and overhead shower. A selection of tea/coffee and biscuits on table provided. Was able to park on drive although not many parking spaces there, also walking distance to restaurants and food shops etc. Hosts were pleasant on arrival.

A bit of a musty smell. Maybe a few air fresheners dotted about the hallway area would help. Dated furniture, the desk under the tv was very unstable including the outer fridge door loose. It didn’t affect our stay luckily. Uht milk had gone off in the jar provided we did ask for some more which we had to ask for twice.

Ideal location for the utilita arena. Easy to find and great that they can provide free parking.

The rooom was located in an older building and since we came in January, the windows and doors wers squaking by each passing breeze. The radiator didn't work, but they kindly offered a heater which was okay. The bathroom was and the bed were super clean, but the carpet clearly hasn't been vacuumed before our arrival so it was really dirty.

    The location was great.

Guests need to be aware there are no breakfast facilities, though Boston Tea Party is very close, and there are quite often no staff around.

Good size, comfortable , clean room. Seemed quite quiet despite overlooking the road. Had tea and coffee available in the room. i didn't really need anything else.

Very comfortable, reasonably priced & well located accommodation ideal for a city break.

Not a problem for me, but stairs to the accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floor levels could be problematic for anyone with mobility problems. The WiFi on the 2nd floor was a bit temperamental but to be expected so high up and in an older building. Some aspects of the room were a little bit 'tired' eg. curtains but certainly did not detract from an otherwise very enjoyable stay,

Room was comfortable and quiet, I slept really well (v important!); great location for the city centre with a tram stop within a few minutes walking distance; car parking space immediately outside but if not available it is possible to park for extended stays in the large Morrison's car park opposite; staff were extremely helpful with enquiries both prior to and during my stay. I didn't use the restaurant facilities but the food and dining spaces looked great and I would certainly try next time. Overall a great stay and I will certainly book again, thanks!

Staff were so helpful. Food and drinks were fabulous. A lovely little find. Great area. Nice shops, Morrisons across the road! Getting into the city was so easy, as there was a tram line just across the way. Would 100% stay here again.
